I think I cant say how to know before the dump because theres no prediction about it because of the changes in the environment of this business; its hard to find out because every minute, hours, day or what so ever everything change about this.

Nobody can tell when will be dump. I think there is no strategy to protect about crypto market dump and you know that cryptocurrency is very volatile.
I think it is depend on the demand and buyers buy and hold then crypto market will be good.
Yes, if you are an expert on the market, it is impossible to analyze the market when it is pumped. In my opinion we can say that investing in Crypto takes a long time to hold and a little luck. If you do not have enough patience and you lose your temper you will lose money in the Crypto market.

market is not going in favor with us or in one trader. Because trading has no clue when the market will pump or dump we can basedon news and assume what is its possible next move but we can't never know when it will dump in the most part that there is no news to based on.

I have been investing in cryptocurrency for 5 months . I am buying some icos and holding coins. I started with 5000 usd. And sometimes my balance went up to 30k and down to 12k . I feel very uncomfortable when my balance is dropped.
So i want to know is there any strategy to protect your balance before the dump?
Anyone can help please.
Thank you so much.

You can know it with technique anlysis, but it don't work always. The best tip if you heard any bad news, after you should sell. When the market see dip, you can buy your coins back from cheaper.
It is impossible to know when the market will pump up, so keep your pennies long and persistent, buy them at low prices, and with your financial ability. So it is less worrying when the market drops. In the future, if you sell them, do not expect too much.

Precisely we can not know this. If you know this is no longer the market to invest anymore. All is just the forecast of the investors. They rely on analyzes and news and then they have their own opinions about the market. But these statements may be wrong.

There is no way to predict a significant dump because as the part of the market you can only see that slight change that happens to the price every day. So you can understand what the direction like but not the clear outcome of the market's price.

Exactly, there's no way to predict a significant dump because we all know that this Cryptocurrency is very unpredictable. So in my case instead of knowing the next dump I'll just check the market everytime I have a free time so that I could alwasy update of what was happening in the prices in most present times.

The thing is, when prices go up expect that their will always be a price drop because a lot of holders tend to sell their coins because they take advantage of it. I am no expert in the market but this things can be a cue for you when to hold or to buy.

For your question, I think we may not know when it will usually go up or down due to its unpredictability. As what I have seen in the charts for the past three years, it seems that the dumping period is common between January to April because of the crypto tax deadline. When it comes to that event, think of it as an opportunity to buy. Make sure you sell enough profits before the bearish period begins. Just my two satoshis.

If you know for sure that there is a dump happening then go ahead and exchange your crypto to the regular money. Otherwise, the market has always been volatile and we all know it will be going through changes all the time.
Well this is basically the uncertainty in the crypto business. You never know when will be the dumb. All you can do is to stay focused on the goal and invest in long run. If you invest in long run, and assume there is price stability in the market like the current situation, the worth of the asset appreciates more than enough which further depends on the ratio of rise in price of a single coin.

It is not so easy to analyze and observe the dump situation. Critical and regular study can make us able to take some good decisions about the future of certain coin and make our trade profitable but sometimes predictions betray us and all our decisions become false. Experience works but not all the time because it is the world of cryptocurrency and anything is possible.

If in a day the price of coins has decreased drastically then certainly it is a dump. Usually if a coin has been dumped out, it is possible to reach the highest position will be very difficult and takes quite a long time. And remember, the trade volume (24h) is the number of the sale and purchase transactions of the coin, high volume is not used as a reference could be a pump or dump. Therefore I will avoid to enter or buy when there is a price leap like that, unless there is a strong fundamentals that gives the reason for the change to occur.

Do not put your money on Cryptocurrency that has a high chance of being dumped. Only invest in cryptocurrency where you know the developer will not save the holder. That is you can do a nest to avoid shitcoins because no matter how much your information. Study some technical analysis and use support, resistance and trendline breaks at higher time periods such as Daily or Weekly. This time period is great for old riders like you. Sell if the chart will drop and buy at the bottom.

I think you should learn to read the charts the coins. And besides increase the knowledge and info about the coins that you invest it. Is there any good news about the coins or not. Because the positive info will greatly help the coin increase price. If you are afraid of the price of the coin back down, then my suggestion please sell when your profit has reached 100 percent.

If there is a person who can predict for hundred percent when it is the right time to dump the coins must be a wizzard or a super geek at crypto currency world and should have made tons of money by now but I doubt this persone exists so all we can do is study the market more.
