I generally treat KYC well. Many exchanges require identity verification. But what's wrong with that?I don't send my documents only to airdrop.I think it's pointless.

I dont participate in projects that require KYC (know your customer). I don't want to give my personal details only for some tokens. I don't feel safe. I think they dont need my knowlegde. I just post some messages there is no security.

Because they just asked us to submit kyc for security purposes.
However, if possible, I will try to avoid using KYC. There are many risks involved in submitting your personal information to KYC
You are right, it is to reduce cheating. In addition, KYC is used as a filter to select people from certain countries that are protected. sometimes I worry about my personal data being abused, so my suggestion if there is KYC, developers prepare an agreement in which the data we provide is guaranteed confidentiality.

Yes, I join. I think in a short time all projects will require the KYC, and everyone will have to agree with this. I hope my data will not get to scammers

For many, the concept "KYC" and crypto currency do not fit into one. KYC, as "know your customer" is contrary to the idea of a decentralized currency. It seems to me that the introduction of KYC is caused by the prohibition of crypto currency in some countries, and ICO companies should be confident that they do not sell their coins / pay bounty to the population of countries where crypto currency is prohibited.

There is nothing wrong with ICOs that require KYC. Actually some people ignore such opportunities to invest in a good project because they require KYC. KYC is nothing difficult and it is all a matter of providing the documents they ask.

I don't actually joined easily on a KYC know your customer airdrops or bounty campaigns that have KYC, although  it is good that each participants will be filtered and to avoid them from cheating and using multiple accounts. Decentralized currency use this idea so that in some country they abused their account to make dummy accounts so that they will get more coins when they joined in bounty campaigns and KYC is not a problem at all.

Never, i don't like them. Why need to ask for KYC from bounty hunters?
We are free, we support project, we don't need to complete KYC.
This is free bounty program: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3777991.0, you can join to support them.

well, i do join them especially when they are valuable ICOs with lots of promise and high quality projects, these ones are worth trying out, However there are some ICOs out there which are a pure waste of time  and are not worth giving out your private information to as they might just end up messing you up in the long run, Just be careful whom you give your identity to

ICO projects carry out this procedure, which reduces the number of bots in the campaign bounty, so I do not see anything terrible in this.

No, I do not join. Why ico want kyc from investors. It is unreasonable to join the ico when the market is already in bad shape. It can be bought cheaper by waiting for it to enter the stock market

I did not follow the airdrop asking KYC. Because it is too early for an airdrop to require KYC. The coins they share are just a few and not worth the price of our personal data. I think if it's an Investor, it's not a matter of being asked by KYC to avoid false investors.

I'm actually not against the procedure for verifying an individual with participation in ICO. However, before this, I try to make sure that this is not a fraudulent project.

And on the other hand, I uploaded my passport data on so many sites, and passed verification that I already think one site more, another less. What can I talk about even if Facebook is merging information about its users.

Yes, i do. If ICOs need KYC, that means they need to know exactly who you are. They need to make sure there are no illegal activities.

I join ICOs because it is promising and has proven that it has much capabilities of becoming successful on the market and not because it is requesting for KYC. KYC is just for verification purposes especially to check for double entries and terrorists.

Do any of you participate in ICOs that requires KYC (Know your Customer). We actually experienced this one on exchanges but how about in partipating in ICOs or just even in airdrop that requires KYC.

I think it depends as for me as they are many scams as well just getting your information. In some instances, we can be blind sometimes, mkay? I really do not join airdrops if it requires too needy to get your personal information.

I believe some people are not cautious as long as they can join airdrops. How about you? What are your thoughts about KYC in ICOS?
I don't like to give my identity into the net but somehow i am forced to because they won't give our bounties if we don't give in to their demand which is to submit KYC. I hope that someday they can realize that asking for KYC is a violation of privacy. On the other hand i think they are doing this to combat cheaters.
