I think the relevancy of the project would depend upon how they actively advertise their project over the internet. They surely can be one of the top notch projects in the batch with projects with similar ideas. Let's see what happens.

Yes me too mate but in my own experience with this icos sometimes they realease thier smart contracts in the middle part of thier ICO sale. So it could be possible that it is still under development.

Advertising nownis very hard because of some social media banned crypto related Ads even google. They need to plan a nice strategy of advertisement that can attract a lot of  investors.
