I just got some JIO TOKEN in my wallet and was trying to send it out to an exchange, but having an issue sending it out... do I need NXT in my wallet to send other types of coins out to cover the fee? If so how much is the fee so I can know how much to get?

You need 1 NXT to cover the fee for a transfer an asset transaction. |

my Nxt desktop wallet on both laptops never had issue.
yesterday I check it out and I saw blockchain not downloading anymore.
same issue on both laptops.
