No, shapeshift is only for HYPER <> NXT

The transaction link would look like this

HYPER <-------shapeshift.io------> NXT <--------NXT internal api call-------->  nxtHYPER

For internal NXT api calls you need to have the NXT blockchain on your PC. And consult some of the NXT developers about this, I`m not a very tech person:

https://nxtforum.org/nxt-helpdesk/

That is what I meant in my edit, but I probably didn't explain it clearly enough like you did. Thanks for all your help definitely some food for thought here.

Sure I hope we see more intercollaboration between altcoins.

Maybe you can apply your coin for Supernet, the platform that unites them:

chances are very high that someone bruteforced your password or got it in any other way. have you used your password in a hosted web wallet or somewhere else? you definitely got hacked

Hi
can anyone explain what happened?!?
I have a wallet NXT-4QPX-XZLA-J4CT-46XBA and Nov 28th last year I bought some coins and transfered them in and left it.
I upgraded to 1.7.5 and checked my balance and it shows a transfer out of all my coins on 17th Nov?
2/17/2016 4:22:17 Ordinary Payment 35'050.12829421 1 You > NXT-VL7H-6SF4-9VLC-63FNS
I hadn't logged in or even accessed my account since before Dec until now.
Can anyone please help explain why my balance is zero? I know it's not a lot of coins but I had planned to hold on to them long term.

I've never used this password anywhere else, it's a 8 word sentence with capitals and a number in it.
I posted this on reddit a few days ago and didn't get anywhere?

Thanks in advance.

Funny thing is that this password is different from any other password I've ever used and I'd say a bit more secure.
I've not used it anywhere else or wrote it down.
With 35 characters (including spaces) I'd have thought a brute forceattack would have taken centuries!
Was it a commonly known sentence with the start of the words capitalised?

The start word was capitalised but I wouldn't say it was a well known sentence and I'd added a number to it.
Well if they're gone, they're gone I guess
Would be interesting to people, what the sentence was. Sounding like a clever phrase script at work, possibly.

Sorry I'd rather not say as it's similar to another password I use

hackers user rainbow tables. they calculate passphrase for millions of accounts. maybe they already knew the password to your account even before you have created it. then they check all the known accounts for balances. if there is enough on it they take it.

it also happened to me in the beginning Cheesy but to be honest it was a really weak password with just 9 characters/numbers

It's not a password, its a private key.

A password can be changed frqeuently to avoid hacks, a priv key cant.

Its recommended to use at least 30 character private keys if not 40+.

I have a question because I somehow lost track: What is with the Nxt-books that should be created from a Swiss Guy. Are there any news?

Many thanks and best regards

Hi Markus,

the book has been delayed a bit because of the new situation caused by J-L's Nxt 2.0 proposal + SN.
We want the book to be a documentation of Nxt tech + community up until this point in time. So a few new chapters had to be written.

All articles are translated and new chapters (almost) finalised, so we're at the end of the final editing phase.

The book design has also been agreed upon.

It looks like we can send it to print within the next week.

Then.... wait for the testprint ...
and then...  finally.......... open and read the real thing!

Then everything that comes after - getting the world to read it and learn about Nxt. Smiley

I created an asset (FARLAWEB) and I collected 1350000 NXT in about 3 hours, I can recommend issueing one, but be sure to have a good plan and be fair to the investors.

Haven't you scammed enough NXT off the community?

Excuse me?? I am paying 5% of the profit of my realworld company monthly as dividend to my investors.  Sometimes it feels more like I scammed myself.  Grin

Whatever you say.  Some of us can see through your facade for the crony profiteer that you really are.

Some of us come to realtime meetings like BitcoinWednesday and meet me in real life and judge on that (I was there).

I haven't seen you there.  Roll Eyes

I invite you to come and meet me at my office and than judge me.

You and your NXT "committees / foundations / marketing teams" are a real parasite on NXT.  You aren't ideologically aligned with anything that BCNext believed in or wanted NXT to become.  You're all a bunch of crony profiteers who infiltrated the community and started sucking money from them like the leeches that you are.  Nothing good has come from your actions.  In fact, NXT is much, much lower now than it was previously when it was a grassroots movement and you vermin hadn't infested it yet.  You absolutely are a plague on this community, and you should have been rid from it a long time ago.  One of the worst things about this is that you all used stolen money to do it.  There was a little under 10 million NXT originally not claimed by people who participated in BCNext's genesis allocation, and those funds were confiscated to start these ridiculous "foundations / meetups".

I'm reposting this here, because the "new" NXT thread is moderated by the "foundation".

Attacking me is just shooting the messenger and won't change what Marc De Mesel said about "NXT crumbling."

Before they ran out of money thanks to lawsuits, Hashfast actually made a very good chip and shipped 1000s of miners.

In contrast, NXT has never made anything good or useful.

JL777MilkIt is not a good asset.

See? He used another word, not "scamming".

PS: I don't really think you are a scammer, but I like to play this card to show how it looks when someone is accused of scamming allegedly.
