He wanted to use the $PAC community to vote for some of his coins, of which he is a representative.
From the reports on the work done, it is clear that Sergey (RU)helps development and popularizationof the $PAK, and SaniaNET only wants to harm.
Reading his messages in the Discord, I do not understand why they have not blocked him yet, he is an enemy of the $PAC. He only heitit and criticizes.
SaniaNET also repeatedly mentioned that he would sell his entire $PAC as soon as the price grew a little, after which he promised to publish here information (evidence of fraud $PAC) that would kill the $PAC Coin. According to him, he will do it as soon as he sells all of his $PAC.

Any serious and advancing project has people who are either unhappy with it (and say it out loud) or are outright against it, since they e.g., support competition. That is perhaps not “nice” for one’s point of view, but it is rather normal. I would be worried if $PAC would not have anyone against it.
If SaniaNET has any evidence of anything that is not obvious and is relevant to $PAC, he can bring it forward, why not.

Could you, please, explain that statement of yours a bit better, perhaps provide exact numbers and facts?
In any case, the above link is related to the old PACcoin, predecessor of $PAC. As far as I know, the old PACcoin is not being actively developed any more.

We have no ETA on that, since it is up to exchanges to work on it - $PAC team provides help whenever needed. Let me quote Drew#9463 (one the $PAC team advisors) from the $PAC discord server, on the subject:

"Any exchange that is on maintenance is for security of $PAC and ALL investors. There have been many attacks on coins around the entire space, which has resulted in many coins seeking the BEST defense to these attacks so the coins and chain is safe. The attack I speak of is a 51% attack where basically they take control of the chain..get a ton of coins and dump on the exchange..only later to be found they were fake coins and they stole from the exchange. So, since $PAC is proactive and does anything we can do to keep everyone SAFE, Yobit, Cryptopia, Coinexchange and any other exchanges in maintenance are like this because they do not have proper security to prevent bad actors from taking advantage. Trade Satoshi and Cryptobridge both have high confirmations to deposit.. hence they are safer from these types of attacks.. HOWEVER, obvious high confirmations is NOT THE SOLUTION. So $PAC developers are working hard and testing the solutions for $PAC to be 100% safe regardless of what exchange we are on."

If you are interested in acquiring $PAC, at the time of writing this, the fully functional $PAC exchanges with good enough volume are CryptoBridge and Tradesatoshi. Whilst not forgetting that $PAC at Tradesatoshi has multiple pairs – today apparently $PAC/LTC appears to be most active - do not forget that information on https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/paccoin/#markets can be indeed misleading, since some exchanges might allow $PAC trading but have issues with or are not allowing $PAC withdrawals and/or deposits at the same time.

Refugee Christmas Dinner & Update on the recent Washington Elite Blockchain & AI Summit (co-organised by Robin Matthes)

Robin spoke about the refugee project at the Washington Elite Blockchain and AI summit, whose organising board then decided to donate 5% of the net proceeds of the upcoming conference to be held on February 1st and 2nd, i.e. to the refugee project! Without being 100 percent sure, since I do not speak Portuguese and am hence relying on a translator, I would say that you have to right-mouse click on the transaction which is unconfirmed (and not in memory pool) and then choose "Abandon transaction" option.
That should recover your funds, if you are running the latest wallet version (currently 0.12.5.1, check http://wallets.paccoin.net/) and are on the correct chain (and not on the old $PAC chain from $PAC wallet version 0.12.3.1).
