Some community members are reporting that their wallet proposal tab has some proposals not listed. Please check your desktop wallets to ensure all proposals are listed in the proposal tab. You can compare your wallet's list to the list of proposals at https://www.paclyfe.net/governance
If not all are appearing in your wallet, you need to close your desktop wallet, delete the governance.dat file and reopen the wallet - it should all sync up and it won't affect your masternode(s) or wallet's functionality.

At the time of writing this, the fully functional $PAC exchanges with good enough volume are CryptoBridge and Tradesatoshi. Whilst not forgetting that $PAC at Tradesatoshi has multiple pairs – today apparently $PAC/LTC appears most active - do not forget that information on https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/paccoin/#markets can be indeed misleading, since some exchanges might allow $PAC trading but have issues with or are not allowing $PAC withdrawals and/or deposits at the same time.

I believe that in an open project there should not be hidden information on the objectives of the project, at least in all blockchain projects that respect themselves.

Without knowing any details, I would first point you to the publicly available $PAC whitepaper (English version can be found here: https://www.paccoin.net/PAC_White_Paper_2018.pdf, Russian version can be found here: https://paccoin.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/PAC_White_Paper_RUS.pdf). As stated there, the major aim of $PAC is to become the most efficient and user-friendly cryptocurrency that is available globally. Results of these efforts can be observed almost daily in the #important-news channel of the $PAC discord server, sometimes even more than once per week. Other relevant information is publicly available in the whitepaper and the website as well.
I would also add that really “unique” features of a blockchain cannot be produced on daily or even weekly basis – without wanting to downplay the obvious technical innovations and “breakthroughs” that are still happening, the blockchain technology is stable and as such it is slowly but surely coming down more to what you do with the blockchain and how you tweak the tech to your needs.

In any case, I have relayed your message to the Community Manages in the $PAC discord server (in the top right corner of the server, in red colour) – please talk to them about any issues you might have with the $PAC discord server moderator team.
