What do you think about alts future? I strongly believe in Eth , because it provides solutions to different problems. Others only copy eth’s idea in order to raise some money. We don’t need 2000+ alts, just 10 and it will be enough. What u think?

I think that ten coins are very few. Over the past year, the number of coins has grown dramatically and it's time to sort it out. I am sure that when the market becomes civilized, 90% of coins and tokens will die. Nobody needs them. This is garbage. The market will throw them overboard very quickly.

All coin in the market are competitors, mostly people are used coin which a very trusted coin, like etherium many people who adopt, and it will also affects the volume of supply and the level of price. So therefore other types of coin will become a shit coin because of the negative value that only few people who used.

now the future of altcoin depends on us if we can choose the right altcoin it will be profitable
and you can invest in the long term and you may have to wait longer to earn profits

Many types of coin today are born, but the popularity of every coins depends on the majority level of the people who used, and the majority of consumers also affects the price of a certain coin who are being used by many people. For example, if a certain coin introduce in the market and no one who accept and use it, that certain will become worthless, that's what happening today on the other types of coin, that nobody use.

Yes Altcoin is very profitable, and For now, I am joining in altcoin and the future of altcoin depends on us if we can choose the right altcoin it will be profitable and you can invest with long-term

as of now i think the future of altcoins is very great because it keeps being popular in mny reasons plus it is very great alternative for ethereum and bitcpin if you cant afford it

Well however it is, it will all be depending on the development of crypto itself (altcoins) that evolves over time among many people and even the supports. We'll know it later, and anyhow the people getting closer to crypto and still try to make a coin project or a business in a certain coin to gain profit.

I get what you meant by reducing number of Alt coins into a controllable number. But minimizing the number of ICO defies the logic of investments. Simply because most of the investors push their luck on choosing ICO and camps that could possibly become an Alternate Coin. The ROI from ICO is different from holding Alt Coins. Because Alt Coins have value already. Unlike upcoming ICO who's value is not yet determined, the Investors have a chance to get a lot from investing because it could double or triple their investments. Which is why they invest, they take risk because they believe that they could get a high return afterwards.

For now, indeed ETH won the competition. But I wondering some alternate Coin will be able to pass ETH for sure.

It is hard to determine what will be happen on the altcoin in the future . Right!?. Like ether, the prediction of many speculator that the value of it this year will rise. But apparently the value of ether dump into less than 400 USD. Some of altcoin now are experienced on price straggle and to predict what will be next in the future for altcoin is difference what we have now.

Well maybe it's right that we actually only need few alts but the existence of bitcoin and the open source behaviour of bitcoin allows anyone to create their own currencies freely, it's up to community to decide whether a coin will have a value or not as really depends on the demand of the coin.
However, if you consider those ERC20 token as alt coin aswell, there are many of them because so many people want to create ICO in many factors and start their own company's coin. Basically normal things.

If we treat all tokens as crypts, Yes, there are too many of them. But most of them are the securities of the companies that distributed them. So the true tokens can be considered a small number of cryptocurrencies. These are the ones that established itself on the market and no end in sight.

Far too many Altcoins - probably more than 90 percent - are either unnecessary, will not succeed, or are just scam.
But if you look at the diversity of problem-solving approaches, it is clear that there will be well over 100.

I am completely with you with the idea that a little number of alts will survive in the end. BTC, ETH and NEO will certainly will be three of them. Maybe, VEN and LTC, too.
