Marto how long does it take to send an email to your clients to tell them the parcels were returned?

How long does it take to rearrange shipping?

When you pay someone for something and you don't receive it, and you keep trying to get in touch but you hear nothing back what do you think?

I think great, my money is gone and my hands are empty. I have been scammed.

So please prove me wrong and send the parcel out, nce i receive it I will take back my accusations.

I have 3 orders 19,22,23 November for December batch 1

I paid €30 shipping on the first one and €2 on the other two to "add to order"

The first one has changed from "payment accepted" to "shipped", no tacking info yet, I'm hoping they read the order messages about combining my orders into one shipment so not surprised no tracking info yet.

Marto if something got messed up and you need more postage email me and I'll buy a USB cable of something, but the 2% discount for buying more than 5 units should cover another €30 anyway.

Hoping to get them for Christmas. Good luck with your orders everyone. I'll post in this thread if they arrive. Grin

That is my problem, i asked several times with no answer.

I don't understand how, after getting more personel in to cope with the orders there is absolutely no comunication.

The only ones you get are the people complaining here that might get an answer (which is normally will ship next week).

So time to post here yes but to reply to paying costumers no.

If you read the small print on the web site (click Sitemap at the top), the delivery info states -

'We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.'

So if anyone (like me) didnt pay shipping and assumed orders could be grouped.... wrong.

So I have an order with no shipping paid and apparently no way to pay it as emails and PM's are just ignored.

Perhaps I should be thinking about a refund instead.

Well in theory you can send your curier to pick it up, one option i'm considering. But if you don't know where the hell your oder is and what is the status (preparing/ready/in transit) how can you do it?

Comunication is essential in this kind of things and all these problems just raise suspition.

It is unfortunate because i really like the products and have recomended it to other people but having money in a limbo is never good!!

Dedicate half a day to clear your inbox and make us all happy. Call the damn shipping company and get the parcels that were returned back in the post. Surely this cannot be that hard to do.

Let me give you an example of the scenario:

Ring ring: Hello?

Technobit: Hi it's Martin from Technobit, i have 7 parcels that need to be picked up.

Curier: Ok give me your address and i'll send the guy.

A few hours later you hear a knock on the door, sign the paerwork and the parcels are out of the door.

You can now send an email to your clients with the new tracking number.


Please don't tell me it's not so easy because i have done that for 5 years using fedex, dhl and ups.

Yes it is a dec batch 2 order. You told me via pm you were going to see if you could find someone to take my place and give me a refund. You and your website are misleading. You show items are in stock and they are not even built yet. If you would have been up front about these units not being ready for delivery I would not have ordered. Not saying it's a scam but it is definitely shady.
