For all people doubting Technobit, this is my second order. The first one went very smooth, i think they are a bit busy at the moment.
I don't think it's a scam nor that it is shady, be patient and ask clear questions. Keep it cool guys.

If you read the small print on the web site (click Sitemap at the top), the delivery info states -

'We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.'

So if anyone (like me) didnt pay shipping and assumed orders could be grouped.... wrong.

So I have an order with no shipping paid and apparently no way to pay it as emails and PM's are just ignored.

Perhaps I should be thinking about a refund instead.

USB not included they sell 1.8m  USB A male - USB mini 5pin in the accessories section.

The router should come with everything network cable and PSU (but it's probably EU plug?)
it's 5v/1A mini USB powered so it will be like a phone charger or power it via a powered USB hub.

I don't think that asking to reply to the numbers of email and tickets on your website for the last few weeks is that bad.

And again, how long does it take to rearrange for delivery as the first time was cancelled?

I already lost 2 weeks mining because of the delay in production, now 2 weeks because of the late delivery and there is no news of when you'll be bothered to send them out.

I will add a +1 to this... I have received 1 order and am more than happy with my purchase. However my second order placed on 13/11 seems to have fallen foul of the DPD courier 'canceled' syndrome mentioned elsewhere and am currently waiting a PM update from Martin. He must be a very busy man but he doeo offer quality products at a good price (and without that dreaded extra tax if you are in the EU) - so this is definitely worth being patient for...

I will add a +1 to this... I have received 1 order and am more than happy with my purchase. However my second order placed on 13/11 seems to have fallen foul of the DPD courier 'canceled' syndrome mentioned elsewhere and am currently waiting a PM update from Martin. He must be a very busy man but he doeo offer quality products at a good price (and without that dreaded extra tax if you are in the EU) - so this is definitely worth being patient for...

that is the reason why i ordered more and recommended to others too. I am much for supporting smaller businesses but you cannot leave people in the dark when there are thousands of euros at stake. At least reply to the questions, update people on the statuses and reschedule the shipping. It really doesn't take that long to get a courier sorted unless the problem is different in which case again the costumer should be notified.

i can understand your frustrations, when i read all the posts here, but i honestly do not compain, ok my order to got delayed by a couple of weeks, but i received them yesterday. they were well packed, and work great. they are now connected almost 24h and earned me 0.05BTC each...
tough i did pay for the 24h DPD delivery ( 70€) (to belgium), received the tracking on wensday and had my order on friday, so it seems correct.
In my honest opinion you cant have great prices and good service that goes with it. i understand if that if you have production issues, people start bombarding you with mails, and replying to them all will delay production futher ...

anyway, i just want to thank the technobit team/marto for the good product they deliver ( even with the delay).
i was a bit septic when i orderd, but one the orders are back open, i surly re-order the hex16b

The problem I encountered was the the "arranged shipping" is the default option, and I missed selecting shipping.
