I think it is necessary to start ICO with team presentation. But there are many scams in ICO market.
Therefore, focus on who presents this project. If no one can be guaranteed against fraud I will not invest in the project...

Also, people should see the transparency and goal of the company or group to gain trust. I think that is important if there is a finished product, the project has more chances to collect a lot of investments, but it does not mean that the project can not be scam.

well. Readiness is what investors wants,and attracts more because of the supply thats willing to present instantly..and this adds confidence to the spectators to push about that project because of transparency.
