Is product important for a project?

The product is only important if you have patents to protect it, otherwise anyone can do something similar and if they have more funds or better team they win the race to market.

The project is as much as important as the community. And the product adds the attraction of the project to convince investors. The more people try the product and see its importance and use, the more they want to invest if they get interested with it. Let's admit, we as customer also gets attracted with products we see in department stores which was tested by promoters and us ourselves.

Having a good working product is definitely important, for one it brings more trust towards the project itself. Members will feel more comfortable with investing in a project that has an physical product. If a working product is not available, then a prototype or a demo is needed that will show how the actual product will work.

I agree, and I say it is because there are so many ICOs and projects coming out every now and then that it is so hard to judge and choose which ones would prosper and which ones are destined to fail. Having said that, I think that ICOs with good and new concepts and products, or at least, those which offers a great improvement from their predecessors, should be a good indicator for projects that has a better fighting chance because people tend to support projects that has new ideas to offer rather than old ones.

To me, it is important. A ready-made product is a result of studying and many hard working hours. It can prove that the team leader has put lots of efforts on it and they will try their best to finish it. Furthermore, it also a evidence that this project can launch their product in near future (many projects start with only an idea so we cannot be sure whether they can come with these ideas or not)

Not necessary but on most investors are do seeking out for those ventures that do already have a working product but not all the times since there are still developing projects which do have also the potential.This is why researching skills would really vary on each decision we do made. Once product had been released and been developed even more then it would really have a good result for long term but well it does depend on the team behind on that one.

for me, the product is very important in one project because the products bring more trust and happiness in those people who want to try and buy it. the investor or buiyer will fell comfortable because they know that the product are trusted but make sure that thise product have a quality and give satisfaction to those who use it because people find an product that it more useful to them it can lead you to the high profit if you're product is very usable so that many who wants to try and buy it

Yes, the product/app/platform is of utmost for a project’s success. User defines its success only with the first impression at the time of its startup or initialization.
