Yes!!! 100000%. If a company isn't offering anything in return for the ico support, then it's not necessarily a scam, but like where is your money going. Always make sure a whitepaper is legit and tells you the full roadmap plan for the project.

You are right and the investors invest their money in project because of the product and if there will not be any product then what will be the purpose to invest in the project. If the project will not have any product then it is like to throw our money in well and not seeing the profit from them. Now none of the investor invest in a project which do not have any real and promising product.

Absolutely freakin’ yes! Why would we invest for something without a product? Just like in traditional ways of making money, people need to know about the working product. Put yourself in the customer’s shoes and ask yourself, “What do I get in return for buying this?”. Simple and basic.
