I think he is referring to the amount of tokens being sold in the token sale. The BitGuild team have collected over 4.5 billion PLAT tokens. So it means that they team have attracted a lot of investors to invest or buy to their own token. And this is only the beginning because after they will launched this project, surely there were more investors to come and joined this team.

I doubt that team can reveal more info about the exchange before those exchanges actually allow them to do that,as you usually have to sign NDA agreement,and in this case,exchange set the rules.

And about the price,its impossible to know at the moment,as it will be purely determined by the market,thats how it works,on the supply and demand basis.Hopefully there will be huge interest for PLAT tokens and price will go up,but we have to wait and see what happens.
