It is not uncommon to hold our coins because everyone has their own decisions as to whether they will hold them or not because holding is a means of saving so much to grow and for me Holding is a good way for our coins because now it's really worth holding first because of its very low price so it's time to wait even long before there's a huge price available and hope will soon be up.

I think that you holding wrong coins. I holding every coin around 1-2 month , never longer (except Bitcoin). It will be better that you sold it and bought some newest coin that maybe have more potential to grow. Or you can buy bitcoin, because he will probably rise higher then that 3 coins that you mentioned.

Holding really does defeat the initial purpose of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies so I understand where you are coming from with this although as at now holding bitcoin and other coins is a really good idea and a good way to make money even though it means that people stop using the coins for their intended purposes because they stand to make more money from holding.

You chose the wrong coins for holding.Just buy new good coins and get rid of old ones .

It depends on what kind of coin you hold. Do not choose coins that have no good long-term prospects, you should read the roadmap, whitepaper and all things related to the coin. Holding becomes bullshit when you think its works to all coins, because the reality is not like that. So dn't rush to pick coins for long-term investments.

Well, to tell you honestly a particular coin will not ever grow if no investing in it and prior to that you shouldn't invest in a coin that has poor in terms of trade volume and sustainability. With that span of years holding your coin you must be rich now. Before you engaged in something, you should do some research in such, on how it performs in digital currency market especially a clear roadmap. You have to look for a coin that has potential growth, security, and sustainability. Holding coins is much easier than trading because you just have to wait and let it grow on its highest value.

I think holding is really bad idea at the moment. If earlier u could get an excellent profit simply by holding a promising coin like ETH or NEO, now it's necessary to sell coins after their growth several times. It's obviously that you have chosen bad projects. You should sell them all and invest in Bitcoin or ETH for example. Market researches can be also helpful to find good coins. Anyway, you shouldn't be disappointed in holding. Right investments will give you big profit.

I think you just chose bad coins.  There are many coins which in a year or two have grown in price several times.

Maybe you are holding not so good tokens because without doing some research might lead to lose of time but if you done your research you can gain a lot of profits and some sorts
