You can say it bullshit if you lose your holdings because not of all your holding will guaranteed to rise in the market, but their are also some holdings with a potential to rise up to the moon. For me invest and hold only on the top crypto like bitcoin, ethereum and other top coins in the market.

Dont blame it on holding. You know how market works. You should know the roadmap of the project and it will help you determine the future of the coin and up to when to hold it.

Holding is not bullshit. Holding will be successful in the current conditions, when the crypto market began to grow. In a falling market, holding doesn't work,
the asset price doesn't rise up. And from January to mid-April, the crypto market fell and all the altcoins became cheaper.
There is a reverse situation now, the crypto market has grown from 280 billion to 465 billion dollars. The price of bitcoin rose from 6,000 dollars to 9,990 dollars.

I don't think that holding is a waste of time but one should invest and hold the coins in which there is a possibility of growth. When it comes to holding, I won't go beyond top 15 to 20 coins in terms of market cap unless there is something extremely promising down the road from beyond those top 20 coins. On the other hand, I hold and invest maximum 50% of my crypto wealth and I believe that crypto is all about using it as a payment system so we should actually spend it instead of hodling in the first place and that's what I do with my 50% of the coins.

It is not bullshit as long as you are holding the good coins and not the shitcoins in the market and that will definitely give you a chance to still make good profits over the time after you hold your coins or cryptocurrencies for long term because most of the old users of cryptocurrencies advised that it is best to hold than to sell.

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Always choose coins with solid projects, active community and reputable developers rather than buying hyped/shilled coins or coins with no utility use or real use case use. Most shit coins or no real value coins will die down. It's better to sell your coins once it pums if you think it's not going anywhere.

my advice, may hold the coin but we also should be able to see the market, because not all coins can rise in price.

If you have good altcoins holding is good to earn more a lot of profits you should make a research first about altcoins you are holding if they're good to hodl for a long time, sometimes you can experience some altcoin is in good prices  but you dont want to sell because you feel it that the price will get more higher but soon it will scam. Thats the time you can say HOlding is bullshit if the coin you are holding is one of the many shitcoins.

I believe holding is good but you should check occasionally so that you can assess if you continue to hold because holding is a very good and profitable strategy but should select the right coins.

That coins is bullshit not holding coin. If you want moon buy bitcoin or ethereum now the price of this two coin is going to the moon with a bonus star. That is totally holding and you can gain more profit unlike to your coins that you holding now, without progress and you can't earn profit.

Holding is the correct and most secure strategy. But you need to closely monitor the market and your portfolio. This market is very volatile and at any time there may be a strong rise or fall.

If you hold the right coin I think holding is not a bullshit thing.
It would be wise if you learn in advance about the coin that you will hold in the long term, you can also find various info about the coin from various sources available on the internet.
So, it would be better if you do research and set a good strategy before holding coin for the long term.

Keeping your coins for a while is never an awful thought. Keeping coins revenue driven all rely upon what you are holding. Not all coins worth holding for long. It is better you do your exploration on coins before choosing to hold your coins. I have likewise committed a few errors in time past and which I think won't be rehashed. It is even great if the qualities continue as before as opposed to dropping. In spite of the fact that that isn't likewise a smart thought.

Yet, you can hold yours because of pick up. It is anything but a bologna get hold of your coin.

Actually, I never heard those coins. Holding is good if you are holding the right coins bit if you are keeping the wrong coins you will really see the worthlessness of them. Some coins are worth the wait and the keep while some do not.

The bullshit is the coin and not holding if you know how to choose best coin so there's a moon because it depends to the coin you are holding if it is bullshit coin or not.
You should be monitoring your token if when it will pump or dump so that you will know when to sell, not just holding for 2-3 years without watching/monitoring your coins. Wink Smiley

You should not trust scam altcoins, not hold strategy. You have chosen crypto-currencies without the potential to increase the price
He chose different strategies and implementation of xD Yes, you can keep the unknown altcoins, this is even engaged in some, but they have a little bit of absolutely every altcoins. And if you want to keep certain, then here it will be necessary to try and study the market by selecting leaders.

Some of the best trading advice I ever got was to trade around a core. My old trading Elliot Wave teacher many moons ago said he trades in tranches of 3. Some of my most successful trades have been doing that. Sometimes you sell an early profit, let 2 tranches ride, sell a second one at a secondary target, it dips, you were still holding a third tranche, you reloaded on the dip with the cash from the two you cashed out... just keep that ball rolling. Trading around a core can work beautifully, especially in the stock market where its only open for parts of the day, being able to swing options positions around on the gap downs and gap ups from futures movements can really help you better than selling all or holding all.

That you are holding shit coins, does not mean that those who are holding other good coins are not doing the right thing. Truly, if you hold just any coin without making accurate and good findings as regards the coin, you might end up loosing your investment. Peradventure it seems better, there might not be increase, just like what you experienced with your holdings. Always make adequate research before investing into any coin, because i have learnt some lessons from this.

The key here is to hold the right coins: for example Ethereum since ICO or Darkcoin/Dash since it first went live. Also Monero. How about Doge? Now that's the wrong coin to hold.
