I believe that you should hodl your tokens and not pass through. In the long run, all coins will cost more than now, if these are good projects and not scam.
I agree with you, Don't worry on what happening right now and try to hold only your coins and wait for the price to bump up and that would be the time that you will be able to sell your coins and it will gives you more profit. Patience is a virtue and just try to wait until the it bump up.

Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?

Hold them, the price will go up as it always happen, do not desperate and sell in low rate, dont feed the whales.
If you really want to earn more money and profit, better to hold your coins and wait for the rise of the price so that you can get more profit. Don't worry I believe that the time will come that the price of coins will rise again. Just wait and be patience for it.

Do not panic. You need to be patient until the market recovers, and then you restore all the lost money, and if everything goes well, you will go out into the plus

Friend, the market are not crashing, it just dropping. You know that cryptocurrency is volatile in the market, right?
So if you see some falling prices, dont be afraid because it will rise back eventually. If you hold a good coins, never sell it on the bear market.

Regarding this case, not only 1 altcoin has decreased, but BTC and ETH have also declined. This year is the worst for the crypto market, but this is not only 1x but has happened many times. To anticipate it, you should hold it in the middle of the lowest price point, if the coin goes down and you are frustrated, you should sell it, but if the price rises or stabilizes, you should hold it for investment next year. It all depends on your decision to sell it or hold it, and you must see the movement of coins to find out directly the price and when the price drops then your decision is very important to choose it.

Market crashed heavily after December. This was supposed to happen as around December, prices of all the cryptocurrencies got inflated by a huge margin. And this period is the correction period for the same. You have lost some amount. By selling it you are making that loss the reality. The better option would be holding it. As there surely are chances of market going up again, in near or far future.

Don't immediately lose hope, there is always a chance to recover, don't panic. It is just a part of the crypto trading, hold it even if its drops rapidly, you have invested your money in it so just take the risk.

When the market drops you have the choice whether to hold or sell. The main concern is never sell when you will lose  just sell if you are in need of money. Analyze the situation it is not forever down market so holding is a good decisions.

for the coins you hold, I'm not sure it will rise even higher. just sell it.
I don't mean to discourage you, but indeed in this situation, only bitcoin and etherum still have the chance to rise.

If I were you, I would wait for a milestone such as summer. I think that in the summer there will be strong growth of the market and you will be able to get the maximum benefit from your coins. But this is a big risk, you have to decide for yourself, are you ready to take this risk?

You have to stay calm and you can hold your coins in the long term. If you later for a long time, I am sure your money will be returned and you will benefit.

I advise you just to wait and not to sell coins now.  Soon the price will grow again and everything will be fine.

I think it's too late to sell now, even if the market may still fall. According to me the probability is greater that the prices go up (or stagnate), anyway if we looks at the prices since the ATH we cannot fall so much.

I hesitated to sell at the beginning of the fall, now I keep (I already made -70% on some coins, even if it still goes down -50% now it will only make -15% of the ATH)

On the contrary, I buy more at reduced price to reduce my overall purchase prices  Wink

If you are afraid of losing all the money, you can sell some of the coins, but it seems to me that this is a bad idea and it's better to hold the coins.

You should still hold it until the coins you hold the price back up again. Don't let you sell it at a low price.

Don't ever sell.

I'm sure you would feel bad down the road if cryptos never took off and your portfolio never reached the potential you expected, but you would feel worse not owning cryptos and eventually watching many of the moon.

The dollar is dying.  The stock market is up not because the economy is doing great.  The stock market is up reflecting the weakness in the dollar.  They go hand in hand.

Besides, the dollar value of your holdings is far less important than the AMOUNT of cryptos you have.

Whenever you are fighting against the money men, patience is something you can never have enough of.

And if you sold some of the coins at the beginning of the price drop, you could buy them now at a lower price, and eventually stay with extra income thanks to the red market.
