You now have only one option to hold coins for a couple more months.  I advise you to wait until the market has recovered.

Yes, I have the same situation. my coins are very much all sagged, but if I sell them now , I will get just a very small money and stay in the big minus. so in this situation I see only one way out is to hold

Better you hold the coins because if you sell them now, then you only got a very cheap price. Hold them tight until the market are recover and start to rises up again.
