Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?

You can sell if you are sure that the price will fall even more.
If there is no such confidence, it is better not to sell.

  I would recommend you to hold sir or consider invest on other coins. I believe if you hold coins on top 100 and you already lose 30 % it would be better to hold it cause i do think coin on top 100 will soon bounce back and they are, are a great coins so you need some patience and believe. But if its not coins on top 100 just think about what you hold and consider to check what kind project your coins do, is it usefull? if not just sell it and changes your investment.

Wait, of course, one way that you do not want to actually lose 30% of your investment, then you should hold your coins. As long as you do not sell altcoin and you during the crash, then you do not really lose those values, just hit the storm and wait for the market to recover, then decide whether you will still invest in them or buy a new altcoin.

keep the rest for the moon ......
or u can try and test sell some of your coins and then buy more if price fall
