I understand your condition perfectly now. Yes, the market is really in decline and most people have their investment portfolio in the drawdown. However, do not be discouraged, as the market is sure to return to its position and show good growth. It should wait a bit and everything will be fine. Personally, I choose a strategy to wait, because sell yourself in the negative is not profitable. The main thing that you do not change the number of coins, and their price is not a frozen value, it can at any time begin to grow, therefore quickly bring you out of the minuses in the fat plus!

You do not need to panic. If you are a long-term investor and you have a portfolio of TOP altcoins just HODL, when the price of Bitcoin increases, the price of TOP altcoins will also grow. If your portfolio has shitcoins, they can continue to fall in price even after the increase in the price of Bitcoin, or stay long at the bottom, then it may be better to fix the losses on them, and instead, buy the TOP coins that will eventually cover losses.

Always do your research. Look closely into the factors that have driven down the markets, listen to experts and try to consider what would need to happen so that the prices go up again. I would hold

Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
Already, the market has become more stable.  It seems to me in 2-3 months the market will start to recover and everything will be fine.

When the price of a coin falls, then selling coins at a low price is a bad idea.  I advise you not to panic and wait for the price to rise.

Every year this happens.  For a long time the market is red, the price of coins drops every day, then the market is again green and the price of coins is growing slightly.  And then after a while the market is restored and the price again grows rapidly.  I just advise you to wait.

You should never panic when trading on the cryptocurrency market. When everything is falling it is really hard not to sell your coins, but you should understand that after the market falling the growth is coming. Just hold your coins during the periods of correction and they will give you profit in future.

I hope that you decided to sell the coins. Now we see that the market continues to fall and the best solution was to sell the coins. But you can choose a different strategy. Just forget about your coins for a few months))

HODL and tighten your balls, crypto doesn't belong to the people who have weak hands and weak heart because in the first place it's an investment so for you to become a successful investor then you should trust the projects and coins you're investing with.

Today the price has fallen even lower.  But this is expected, because the market is still unstable.  I think we should wait a few more months.

If I were you I won't look at my mobile wallet so I would avoid panic selling. It is true that it is really frustrating seeing your money fall but it will eventually be back higher or just the same after few months. so for now, dont do anything and try not to look to avoid panic selling.

Just hold you tokens dont sell now if you dont want to lose some of your investments in any tokens. Remember that you wont lose your money unless you sell you tokens in the markets.

It depends on the coins you are holding.
Most alts cannot recover after the crash and they are just being delisted in several months.
I would recommend selling the least reliable coins and holding the ones you trust.
