This is absolutely normal for crypto-currency. All of them are not stable, and this should be expected. Although a recession is really scaring. But it's worth believing and hodl.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

don't panic, it is very important. do not hurry in taking decisions. monitor market conditions and the movement of the price think carefully if you believe there is still potential for price increases then hold first.
true, at least wait until the next few weeks the market will surely improve again. and most importantly do not be overly concerned when the price drops because it's only temporary, if we don't have a need why don't we keep hodl because people tend to think when the price drops usually have an urgent need and ambition for quick profits. just seen someone who has experience will definitely say for a trader must be long in holding his assets and if there is a new opportunity it can be faster.

The price of Bitcoin fluctuates, that is simply the nature of new technologies. We saw Bitcoin, and the entire crypto market, reach all time highs in December and then it quickly dropped back to multi-month lows in February. Cryptocurrencies went through a drastic dip between December and early-February. So how can these dips be explained? Its difficult to pinpoint the exact factors which lead to the dips in the prices of cryptocurrencies but I will delineate a few of them here. First off, we must understand that cryptocurrencies are not stable due to how early it is in the market’s lifeline. There is high amounts of speculation because we are still deciding the value and learning about the potential of this technology. This is one of the main issues that plagues cryptocurrencies: most people don’t really understand them, their value, potential, or their actual utility. Currently the price is highly based on manipulation and speculation. A few other reasons cryptocurrencies prices may drop with little notice is due to the environmental factors surrounding them: government regulations, loss of interest in the market from the public at certain points, an increasing supply of available currency which can potentially oversaturate and cheapen the market, investor fear, etc. These environmental factors are difficult, if not impossible, to predict and many times they can be positive for the market. For example, we are seeing an increase in widespread acceptance of the blockchain which may be part of the reason for its price surge in the month of February

Do not panic. Your most important risk is your panic. Do not dare to sell, better take a vacation and forget the crypto for a month

The market is currently down, and almost all the coin down. my advice hold hold your coins because I am sure the market will soon recover, today the market is green and I hope, the future of the market will recover, and you can reap the benefits of holding your coin, good luck.

For you I have two suggestions , one of them is first you should go with the hold your loss that you are getting continuously i.e just sell your altcoins for the dollers and when the market get start to up then in that case you will remain at fixed amount of the Fiat value and when the market get start to up then start buy of that asset that you sold in opposite circumstances of dump in market of coin .
Second option is to just hold your assets and wait for the come back of the price again , otherwise if you will sell for the bitcoin then surely there you will not only loss money by sell of your coin at less price but also with bitcoin in short time case .

I don’t  see any sense to sell coins at that moment. It is necessary to hold its until market will grow up at least for 30%.

The best option is just hold it, because crypto market has possibility to keep growth. The price of crypto now just on consolidation and in next a few aday will be back to going up and in next a few month possible for bull run. Keep optimis for that , because crypto market still small in market cap and has potential to growth.

Well first of all, don't panic. Instead of being worried all the time because the market is going down again, take the advantage of it. Buy as many as you can and hold it all for long term. Wait for the price to go rise again and then that's the only time you'll all of your coins.

Do not panic! Stay calm. The graph is not ascending always there are times that it goes down. Hold on. Do not sell anything instead continue on what you are doing. Have patience. If the market is going down, but and acquire. It is an opportunity for you to acquire in a cheap price because people who are on panic like you are selling what they have and thos people who are optimistic are acquiring more. In the long run, this will give you gain. Have trust!

You'd better learn by yourself all the projects in which you have invested money. Read what exactly and when they plan to do someth. If these are not reliable projects, you have nothing to expect in the future, then sell and forget. If the projects are working and are actively developing, then in no case do not sell.

In every dip moment the best thing to do before it happens is be ready by knowing more your altcoins so that you already have an idea on what to do. Many were being shaken, scared,  and didn't know what to do next every time the bad market is happening, some continue to hold and refuse to sell and then find out that the tokens or coins they are holding can't make to recover. So as a holder let us always be wise and always ready to accept the reality of the current situation.

First of all stop panicing, second thing-you have to make a good research of your portfolio,if you have got some coins from top-30 you dont have to sell them, their price will recover one day.

see the drop in token and coin prices in exchange now, I think you should hold your token, if you have invested a lot, better stick with that token until the price returns to normal. in this case I even add token and coin collections, especially now token and coin prices are very cheap.

You only need to do is don't panic and take it easy, cause everything will be fined sooner just take a little bit patience and wait for the right time. If you do needed it badly just some of it sell and left some for the future and for that right time which market bounce back.

You better keep the asset a few months ahead because if the sale now automatically losses are very large so you are patient enough and always optimistic that the coin will increase after various issues begin to subside.
