Panic selling is a horrible idea. You better HODL until the market recovers. I mean, that obviously depends on if the tokens you are holding are valuable or not. I can't speak for that. I say if it's a pretty popular coin then don't sell. The others I'm not sure about. It depends on their value and the perception of that value.
