There are many more people who also thinks that ETH is best altcoin ever and they are finding it beneficial in terms of using it for the transactions, paying people and getting paid as well. As such NEO has also out-performed in very short period of time and it has been ATH to 130 USD + but that was long back ago now. The current situation is different. You have very small investment and the above mentioned both the coins are superb and at present undervalued.both are supported by well experienced development team.both are good by technology wise.in $150 you can buy only two NEO and lot of ADA.if you invest now you have to hold them for coming 1-2 years if you wanna get handsome profit.
