You know, NEO is considered an Chinese Ethereum, but this coin tries to replace eth itself from the very beginning of it's development.
Also NEO tries to become the first(and I think the only) cryptocurrency in China, and this status will give much more opportunities to NEO not only as an asset.
And there are some ICOs on NEO, remember. While ADA is more like a project, all they have is not bad whitepaper and words words words. So my choice is NEO

NEO is always a good choice, at least for me. I will always put a coin like neo in my portfolio.NEO is one of the best token in my opinion and we can see many good projects comes with neo platform and they are more than good. The journey is just started for NEO platform . I think if anyone can replace eth(It's not possible though) its neo.Leave the NEO platform as a token neo have some great features like high transaction rate no transaction fees(even in exchanges).I think neo is a good coin if you invest in it.
P.S.- ADA is also good they are in test phase but when they come to real world project they also will be big.

Even if it's still worth investing in, don't expect much from a 150 USD investment.  Tbh, I'd rather get lucky by buying some cheap scamcoin that might get pumped hard with that 150, or gamble in a casino even...

investing will help every coin to experience growth and improvement. this is proved by an investment-run coin that develops much faster than holding. so it is better to invest to support the coins to be high. like the NEO that has many supporters, it would be nice to invest in NEO.

Both coins are good.  I think it's better to divide the investment between coins.  I do not advise you to take risks and invest in one coin.

Cold mining, good marketing move, but nothing more. Without the development of projects based on the blockchaine of NEO, it will not give great advantages in the long term. And the development of new projects is very slow. If on the ETH every day prepare to conduct an ICO of 20-30 companies, then on NEO it is good if such an indicator will be for a few months.
