I don't see any wrong matter with that.

Well, I agree with you there are too many new participants in the market now and this reduce the rewards of others. But i do not think that this can reduce the potential buyers, because if the project is good, the buyers can work for bounty and invest in tokens.

In my opinion I think all ICO's should limit the number of bounty participants but on the other side in one particular ICO its good for them to have many bounty participants to advertise their project and be more successful.Bounty campaigns is very much known nowadays which results to have many participants.

Popularity of an ICO can also be viewed in a positive way. For example, if it is so popular that many people would advertise it that means that the project has a big potential in the market. The purpose of campaigns is to make the people be aware that there is this kind of project which you can be interested in or which can help you. That is why the bounty managers are doing lot of efforts to advertise their project.

For me,  there really is nothing wrong with a bounty having many participants.  All of us have the same goal of earning and no one should be authorized to take that away.  There are bounties who limit their participants already so having bounties that don't have limit only help in the balance.  Those who aren't able to pass for bounties who limits the participants goes to those bounties. Besides there is a difference already when it comes to the number of rewards,  those who have higher ranks gets higher salaries.
