Well, i Know only 2 two stable coins that can be barely called really stable. First one is well know Tether, it is hyped a lot but very centralized anf most likely will scam soon (IMHO) and the second one LibreCash but it is just under ICO and it has zero adoption at all. Nevertheless how they will rise? It may just be used but they wont rise in price

As for the Tether I really hate it as it looks really scammy! Just look at the chart how it was a year ago and how it looks like now. Does it seem really "stable"??

Shares? Like tokenized shares? It will require 2 tokens, like one for ordinar transactions and one for owning the shares of the reserve fund. Did I understand right?

Yes. U have mention LibreCash previously. It has such business model, u may check it out.
So quite simple process - u owningn a share and if token is used a lot - reserve bank is growing and u have the right for bigger part of that reserve for one share.
