It is said now China is a cashless society. Use of debit and credit cards in shops/stores, online pay bills, shopping online.

Money earned from the internet is known as digital/electronic money.

People who earn money from the internet, they get paid money in electronic form by payment processors such as skrill, perfectmoney, alipay, paypal, bank-wire transfers because online workers are worldwide.

How is digital money is your country ??  Bitcoin is a part of digital money.

China is one of the countries that prioritize the application of technology in various sectors, both education, trade and financial transactions. With the technology, at least they can save more money to rebuild their finances, especially in terms of transportation costs because every item they buy usually delivered to the home of the buyer.

However, the skrill, perfectmoney, alipay, and paypal, still have weaknesses, because their transactions, can not be done inside the house, they still need ATM machines or Counters to make transactions. Of course this is much different from what bitcoin has to offer, because bitcoin transactions can be done anywhere, even just with smartphones.

Here in Philippines, we have some digital wallet such as coins.ph, gcash, and paymaya. Theres a lot of advantage if you have digital money. But of course, you cant buy goods if you dont have cash. There are more products and services that use cash than digital currency.

This is not entirely true. Even if the society completely adapts digital money, there will still be a need for cash, or fiat money.

Don't know if you came across any 100% crypto society, i didn't yet. This would be a great driving force to bitcoin development, if you cold earn and spend in this currency.

No, it will take a long time to happen this because it's quite impossible for people to use digital money as the cashless society.

Bitcoin cannot be counterfeited unlike the paper money that is easily to counterfeit and this fake moneys are widely spread in the world.  Few years from now, we will be able to experience what a new kind of society we have through cashless system.

You're correct mate. Well, implementing a cashless society is so hard even our how high our technology it is. As we all know that our society getting more involved on different innovation, I don't think it could be easy to have a cashless society since each of us have different perceptions and thoughts especially money is involved. Also, the internet connections does not much so developed since there is some part of our society have not yet fully develop as we all know a cashless transactions need it via online transactions.

Yes, digital currency is cashless in description, in the sense that you dont hold the cash.
BUT, prdominantly, cashless society implies to those currencies that are cash based and are regulated. just to ensure reduced cost and handling of the cash.

people find it more difficult to switch to a cashless society, since many still do not know how credit and debit cards are used, what to speak of bitcoins and crypto-currencies in general ... therefore, the transition of society to cashlessness is still difficult to implement.

Well for me it is better to spend money through bitcoin because it is cashless and it is easy to be paid like a credit card that you dont have to bring money more for your paying. And it is also safe for the thieves because you did not bring money that can catch the attention of the thief. I hope this would apply in my country.

I think most countries now are working towards going cashless. I’ve already had days when I didn’t have cash in my wallet and I was still able to do (and buy) all the things I needed. I have a metro card for public transpo, then I just use my debit card for purchases. And with cryptos being more and more widespread now, we may not even need cards in the future. I’ve read articles about the high probability of us becoming a cashless society. With blockchain becoming so useful and technologies becoming simpler yet more powerful, we can certainly have a more digital lifestyle in the future. Are you ready for it?

I think the future is not far from society, because it is a less expensive option and more environmentally friendly.

In the future, bitcoin can become the digital currency of the future and many will use it to purchase goods and limit the use of cash.

I think eventually every country is going there. However, in our country, it seems some people are not yet comfortable with the concept. Slowly though we are adapting with the use of mobile apps to perform payments in malls and stores. Cryptocurrencies are also gaining a bit more popularity especially to the younger generations and it helps that there are mobile apps where we can easily buy bitcoin and send them as well.
