This amount I would divide into three parts and invest in two coins and one ICO, so the risk probability is reduced

$500 you can invest into ETH for example, in a long-term it can easely do X5 in 1-2 years.
If it seems small profit, you have to invest into new and prospective coins. For example REM, they are re-building authorzation system and make it easier and safer.

Investment into some ico will be the optimum choice. But do not forget to study potential applicants attentively. Availability of a ready-made product and relevance for the current market can play a crucial role.

I think that's a sufficient amount to invest. Buy altcoins ranked top 10. I suggest you buy ethereum and ripple because these two altcoins are potential. But you can also invest in a good ico project. but remain cautious on the scam ico project.

Don't listen for those who recommend you to invest in top coins different from bitcoin. In your case participate in some ICOs or just buy Bitcoin and wait 30 years Smiley If you want to enlarge your capital - small alts and ICO is your thing

I think that now there are too many coins, so the choice is great, but since the market is not in the best of times, then there are really a few worth options. I would not be afraid to buy Bitcoin.

I mostly invest in coins that are in the TOP 20 on a coinmarkectcap. With new coins, I do not want to take risks, because they do not always show themselves on the best side.

you may be right to pick the top 10-20 coin in CMC, but you should also invest in the top 10 altcoin. I think Ethereum, Ada, TRX, LTC, NEO, WAVES. is the best altcoin for investment. you can share all your capital on this altcoin. and holds for long-term investment.

Bitcoin does not settle down. So now is not the best time for investing. I would advise you to wait half a month, a month. And there it will already be possible to watch - a good time or not

If you have $ 500 to invest in, then you will choose to buy coins so that you can invest in them that is your question before investing as well as the question of many investors.

The $500 amount of investment is actually suitable for portfolio investment, but if you do that your investment will be more robust, another way is to try to find a project that may suddenly erupt, or you can focus on some high-quality ICO. This will have the opportunity to increase your funding quickly.

if you have $500, its good to invest on Etheruem, they reach less than $500 and you got of total of 1 Eth and hold it on a long term of time, Wait for the recovery and come back the price of etheruem and get a huge profit on the future.

What's the best way to diversify starting with $500. I am overwhelmed right now with all the coins i am interested in. I'm just not sure if i should be only focused on the top 10 or can i pick xxx coin that's ranked between #40-#150. I can say i like about 15-20 coins/tokens i just feel that's way to many for $500. I would like to put half in blue chip coin and invest in some alts with the remaining half. I was thinking put $50 into 4 atls???
Idk man, i'm trying my hardest to figure this out. lol thank you for any help.

First question is, are you ready to lose that $500 and see it become $100 or even $50 and still be able to sleep well at night?
If you are, then you're ready for crypto!

I'd say pick 1 top 10, pick another 1 in top 20, then the last 33% - pick a solid ICO.
That was my "starter pack" percentage. An ICO last year brought me 30x.

Study, study and study some more. What I learned is that crypto is a no-get rich scheme (maybe for those who joined 2010-2013 but still it took 4 years as 2017 was the high).
It takes a lot of time, practice and patience to make it here. Good luck!

I think you have very little money. I suggest you buy an ICO or a new coin. But good ICOs are hard to buy. You must have KYC. I suggest you choose to invest in new platform coins.

If I were you, I'd buy half of the $ 500 Ethereum. I'd split the other half between the other altcoins, for example EOS, Monero and Iota.

I guess by now you have already invested the $500, so I am curious as to what coins you bought.

Now, a month later, do you see yourself wanting to move that into something else?

Prices right now are ridiculously low and is a great time to buy.
If you have more to invest now, you can put more money into the coins you got and decrease your cost per coin.
This will make it easier to turn a profit when the market starts to grow.

Also, have you thought about doing an ico?
Even though icos have been performing poorly this year, there have been a couple that have still managed to be successful.

With careful research and screening, you can find one that will bring great short term profit.
