IS ETHERDELTA SAFE?

i think it depends on how u interact with etherdelta. think best to do it thru metamask, heard that it's safer. i'm not a tech guru on this though.

This is true, Come to think of that Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange which you would need to import keys of your wallet before you would able to make transactions either buying or selling.Safety will always be depending on how responsible you are into those private informations but previously we have seen a DNS attack which it do redirects users of the site to go into different links which will result into phishing and cause of lose of money for those victims.

I used it many times, there were no problems. But it's better use Metamask, it's safer.

I'm not sure, I just have a loss because my ETH is lost and some of my tokens can not be in WD. I wonder what's wrong with EtherDelta right now. Hopefully this problem can be resolved soon.

For me I think  Etherdelta is safe to use now i already used etherdelta for almost 9 months and i never been hack using this site  you can also use the other one the FORkdelta

I still doubt etherdelta. because my coin vanished in etherdelta!
I always keep transactions in etherdelta .. to keep my coins from disappearing.

Yes,now is it safe.But etherdelta itself is not a very secure exchange and it is not worth storing cryptocurrencies on it.

If you're using it with metamask, then it's okay. Unfortunately, last few attacks have made many of us stay clear of the site. It's too risky to leave your coins there.

Everyone wanted to learn trading there although it was not user friendly as it was the place to buy gem at cheapest price. But time has changed , Never saw a development by ED team , good decentralized exchanges came to the seen. Now it looks no one Trading there. It is still safe to trade in ED. Please be careful if You are a noob as it is a more complex process but again there are many alternatives you can use.

Well I would say it safe or not. But the best way is to play safe. If you want to use the website, always dedicate on wallet for it. Don't use the wallet for any other business apart from trading in ED..

I have long left etherdelta, I advise you to replace ehterdelta to forkdelta, because forkdelta is an update of etherdelta

It is so safe, as any exchange can be. The risk of being hacked, is an issue to all exchangers in principle, so do not be afraid of them. Better not to keep a lot of money on the exchange wallets, leave funds only for current operations . For example, the project in my signature, promises to pay much attention to security, but will it manage? I think yes.
But hackers do not sleep, and create new ways to steal and fraud.

IMO, trading on the Etherdelta exchange floor is hazardous, since most of the cryptos on it are not of great value because of not being indexed on any exchange floors so investors must manually submit to Etherdelta for sale. Do not trade on Etherdelta, so wait until the crypto is indexed on large exchange floors.

I often use etherdelta because it has the maximum selection of ERC-20 tokens. At first, I also worried about safety but eventually I got the confidence and now I recommend this exchange to all traders.

no exchange is 100% safe, other then getting hacked and losing all your assets your assets could lose all value  i've lost thousands just holding so holding isnt always the best option either, i'm constantly checking my holding on a hourly basis so hopefully that gives you a little insight

Etherdelta is ok but there are still rumors spreading out right now. But mind u, always think twice if the exchange ask for ur private key. It's very questionable that why an exchange need ur private key when it shouldn't be ask anyway. So be careful and don't trust anyone when it comes to money issues.

Yes, it is still safe in etherdelta, i used to hold my token in it. and it is still there. I think it is safe even they are issued in the past few weeks.

I agree with you, I think forkdelta can do more stable now, more faster than EtherDelta.

Since this problem happened, I think it's safer to use Forkdelta + metamask. If you still got doubts, you even can create and use a transitory wallet :
your wallet => transitory wallet => metamask => forkdelta
