I did not heard any issue about etherdelta but if there's an issue I think that was already corrected because for now there are lot's of ICOs projects that are sending their tokens into etherdelta while the project still not finished and while some projects are creating their second ICO so they keep their coins.

I think Etherdelta has quite a few issues with other exchanges, but for your safety you should use Etherdelta with Metamask. Moreover, we should also install antivirus software to fight the spyware stealing private key.

Etherdelta is safe for now. However, it has been hack for so many times and   people are now trading back on the exchange now. Etherdelta is very safe and I will just tell you are beware of idex the exchange is also hacked now I lost 4 ETH on the exchange last week when am trading. Many people also lost money there too.

so far I use Forkdelta safely as long as you don't use a personal wallet to trade.
but the coin in it I think a lot of unreasonable set prices and clearly the alt coin there has almost no value at all.

try forkdelta instead, much more safer and faster than Edelta , use Metamask aswell to increase security

etherdelta isn't safe. because of the last attack, I think they need to upgrade everything. I wouldn't entrust my altcoins to them anymore.
