Have your metamask extension installed on your pc before importing your wallet. There's now metamask extension for mobile devices too on Yandex and Firefox browsers. This is perhaps the only way to safeguard your Ether wallet against Etherdelta hack

I think etherdelta is very insecure for now because I heard that some time ago this exchange place was hacked and I also heard the issue that the founder had left this platform so that it would be safer for you to avoid this exchange place.

Now that etherdelta is back to normal, I'm still a bit nervous about the last attack. I hope they will improve their security system better so that there are no attacks in the future.

I don't use this exchange but it has its clone forkdelta. It's also a fully decentralized exchange and operates on smart contracts. To save your money I recommend you to install the extension for MetaMask, so that every time you don't insert a private key.

I don't  really know if that is safe until now.  I heard lot of complain  from my friends regarding that exchange. If you're not in hurry  to sell your token please stay away from it, I'm not saying  its a Scam exchange but prevention  is better than cure. Take a deep review to be sure of it.

El cosa es que EtherDelta es uno de los intercambios más seguros junto a Binance o incluso Bittrex, incluso más seguro también.

Por el simple echo de que está descentralizado y usa un contrato inteligente,

many issues develop about attacks on etherdelta to their DNS servers that are problematic, but most often due to our carelessness and access to phishing websites that are very similar to etherdelta. to me etherdelta is safe

I think etherdelta is not safe, people need to stay away from it. I myself have left the etherdelta since the first hack, and I feel that is the right choice that I have made. If you intend to use etherdelta, do not use your main wallet there, that's my advice.

I think Etherdelta is back, but I have not had much faith in Etherdelta since the first attack. But I hope Etherdelta will continue to develop their security system so that they will not lose the confidence of the user.

I have used ETHERDELTA a couple of times since the incident happened and I have had any issue with them, so I think they are safe based on my experience with them, but currently I have them as an option, because I use idex as my first option,

A few months ago there was an issue with Etherdelta and some people lost their ETH and tokens.

Has the issue been fixed, is it safe now?

All I can say is never do trade in the exchange asking your private key for you to be able to use their platform. That's the dangerous things which you going to do if you do what they are requiring you on the etherdelta. No wonder why it has an issues before a months ago. So. if you want to be safe your coins use other exchange not this one which is Etherdelta. Because, even the no. 1 exchange platform in this industry they are not asking private key to their client users, just all you need to do is to signup first to their exchange and apply for kyc.

I have heard of a problem with etherdelta some time ago. Thankfully ... I did not experience that problem. I think as long as we can maintain the security of our account, and always be careful of every page that we visit, we wont get  a problem like what our friend experienced. For now Etherdelta is more stable than before, but we must remain vigilant and careful.

As far as I can see, I have traded many times there and I have not had any problems at all. So I think it's quite safe, you can trade there without afraid of scam.

I personally still use etherdelta and I feel still safe and comfortable transacting there. I think that information has been followed up by Etherdelta.

Maybe you can try some other decentralized exchanges with enhanced trading mechanisms, like IDEX, JOYSO, DDEX. These are the ones I tried before. I believe you will have better user experience since their speed are faster.

ETHERDELTA was a decent exchange, but now a lot of alternatives, forkdelta and idex, these exchanges are also decentralized ,and have a large selection of tokens.

It seems like a lot of members have left ETHERDELTA since there was a problem at that time even though the current conditions are normal but most people are currently more inclined to exchange on idex and forkdelta but I am sure there are still many who exchange at ED because they feel comfortable there.
