yes, of course we have to be careful in investing in ICO projects, especially investing in ICO with a team that has never developed an ICO project. So the main thing an investor should do before investing in an ICO project is a very detailed study of the team that developed the ICO project because not many investors are currently losing money for not doing research before investing and I do not think all ICOs will be successful because the success or failure of the ICO project will definitely depend on the team managing the project.

Same here i do also invest in bitcoin because bitcoin is known to be more trusted and popular among other coins although etherium and ripple are also trusted as well as other top alts although bitcoin alone can  still give you a lot of profit due to the fact that it has already a high base value.

If you aren`t careful when you invest money, most likely you will lose your investment. Couple times like that burns your wallet, if you are lucky you don`t have a lot of damage, if you tried to risk all you have you will suffer a lot from your newbie mistake. After few burns people learn that`s better to be careful, it can save a lot of money and nerves.
After initial investment anyone can choose to hold for long period of time or to wait first rise and take the profit.
