Sounds like "no pain , no gain " , well the risk is the common nature of crypto currencies specially on market field. But before you go in or all in,  you must understand first the gain and loss. Why there is no international agency to stop such frauds and arrest these bastards . instead of doing scam they could have changed mind and utilized funds for betterment of investors by hiring developers and experts for this projects .
people can not be blamed for such ICOs bcoz it looks like legit ICO . where a good project find it hard to collect even 5m USD , this scam ICO raised 8m USD , it means they are better to present their nil project in compare to real projects .
