That's not the correct way to figure it out, that's why I posted, to find out what the correct odds are. This explanation completely ignores how the number is generated, so cannot be the correct odds for each tier. This would be correct if a number was randomly generated between 0-10000 (except in the case of the last tier, he's wrong on the odds, it's 1:10,000; not 1:20,000). But that's not how the number is generated. It's far more complex than that and the process was detailed in my original post on the matter (and quoted above).
Okay, I thought it was correct since nobody said it is incorrect when it first was posted. But where did he make the mistake to make 10k to 20k? |

For some reason I can't figure out, he said the odds of rolling a 10,000 were 1:20,000, but that doesn't even make sense since the largest number you can roll is 10,000. There aren't 20,000 possibilities, so the odss can't be 1:20,000. If 00000 is a possibility, the odds would be 1:10,001, since there are 10,001 different possibilities. |

nice trick you got there when ever I roll with my seed and solving the recaptcha it says incorrect recaptcha and I know because when ever
I roll the number that pays half a bitcoin this happens, how do I know? because one time on fire fox I had lag and it showed the number of
9999 then very fast it said incorrect captcha and in provably page I couldn't find the roll because it said you haven't rolled yet.
Totally nice trick but kills the incentive since just winning something big is BS even if you roll the right number still you can't get the prize
since it just resets your roll and says wrong capttcha wtf? since when you get wrong after you already got a green tick for solving it right?

The rolling numbers are just a simulation done in javascript, it has no actual relation to the number being rolled. If you do not roll (due to an incorrect captcha or whatever reason), the server seed and nonce for the next roll remains the same and does not change. If recaptcha tells us the answer is wrong, it is passed on to the user, we do not have any role in checking the captcha result, that is done either by google or solve media. |

In "How are rolls calculated?" it says that "4. This decimal is then divided by 429496.7295 and rounded up to the nearest whole number."
But I tested it and it is not rounding up for me...
