I made a request some time ago usig the contact form. I love the percentage given from referals' claims. Too too too good. Thanks once again. But i needed to asked that a new feature be added on sharing. On site, i think one can only share coins with referals... could it be possible to share coins with a freebitco user who is not your referal or who is not on your referal list? Please i realy need it so greatly. Thanks.

What for? Freebitco.in is not a site where people interact with each other, so enabling any sort of tipping feature serves no purpose. The only use for that would be balance consolidation from multiple accounts into one (making it easier for the abusers).

Yes, the system is easy to implement but this is the main reason I haven't done it so far.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

You see this as trolling, I see this as open debate

I didn't want to argue with you, but after this i have to write something. Its not really debate when you are trying to convince everyone here that this site is not fair. I read last few pages and only thing i can tell you is you are talking too much but you didn't say anything.
First of all "UP TO 200$" is very good promotion - and reward is real, only very hard to hit. I don't see you are "debating" when someone is promoting faucet with "UP TO 1000 SATOSHI" with 0.01% chance to hit, so why are you doing this with faucet with biggest reward?
Why do you think someone need to post 200$ winning? Its nice to see that guy hit max reward, but it wasn't his obligation to post it.

The lottery also promotes winning "up to" the millions of dollars touted in the jackpot advertisements, but is the fact that you never win the jackpot proof that the lottery is rigged? No, it's evidence that the odds of winning it are minuscule, which should be assumed logically for any jackpot style game. The same is true here. You should not be assuming that winning the top prize is a common occurrence, and the advertisement of winning "up to $200 every hour" is 100% factually accurate, the same as the advertisement of winning the jackpot for the lottery despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of people never do.

hey man. I love your site.

Lost shed loads of btc there. But no biggie. I won recently 1.74 BTC Cool  . My question is : are you willing to offer maybe investing in your site like on dice sites?

Quite a few people have been asking about this so I have been considering offering an investment option. However, it won't be as straight forward as just investing in the bankroll, I was planning to offer "profit share" tokens that users could buy to share in the profits of the website. Not sure how much interest there would be in such a thing.

I would venture to guess this would be a popular feature, but I would rather see the site stay privately owned and run. Once you instigate outside "ownership" stakes, the independence of the operation is not as sound as you have shareholders to please rather than doing what is best for the site. On top of that, there's no way the investment can ever pay off for shareholders. If they make a profit on their investment in the site, that's money you've lost that could have been solely your profit. It is only in your interest to sell interests in the site if people could never possibly recoup the cost of buying in, because that would maximize YOUR revenue generated from the site. The only time a business should sell interests to the public is when they legitimately need the funding to expand the business to make it more profitable. Selling interests just for the sake of selling interests, absent a real business need to raise funding, calls into question the motivation of doing so. As for market "demand," people invested in bitcoin are unsophisticated investors and pretty bad at evaluating fiscal decisions. They would buy a stake in just about any bitcoin business touted here. Just because you could sell interests in the business doesn't mean you should, as it would be taking advantage of a rather dull investor class that thinks they're going to get rich buying bitcoin and investing in bitcoin businesses.

For all these reasons, I would rather see the integrity of the site and you as the owner remain above question, which it currently is, by keeping the ownership of the site private.

Yes, you are right. The only reasons that I thought of raising money would be to increase the bankroll for larger max bets (hoping it will attract more volume) or to obtain a legitimate gambling license (from the EU, which is a long drawn and expensive process) and then to diversify into a full fledged provably fair casino which should greatly increase shareholder value if successful.

However, I am working on a couple of other ideas that I plan on linking to freebitco.in and which does not need raising capital, so offering investments has not been much of a priority since doing so would currently only reduce profitability. Maybe at some point in the future when I am able to pursue the above options.

I'm stlll curious if anybody has hit 10000 before? I asked it previously and nobody had claimed that they had. I don't want to go through all the posts to check. Anybody know?

The first person to post a screenshot of their 10,000 win just did today: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341659.msg16578536#msg16578536

Those who are still claiming this faucet as scam please stop doing so because I had rolled 10k today on the Freerolls and won 0.3BTC from the site. Read the topic wetsuit posted here - and take a look at my big win.

This site has been paying well since ages and continues to do so even in the era where most faucets run dry.

Thanks for the 200$ on first claim this morning admin!

Wow, that's fantastic. I've never seen anyone claim to have won it. I'm always wondering about the odds of hitting it, because it seems certain that they are not 1/10,001 as you would think. None of the math geniuses who can convert the hash into numerals has ever ventured to help solve the problem, but I digress.

Thanks for posting your win. Now we all know it is possible.

Yes, I find it very strange that I have highlighted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.new#new that NOBODY has ever won the $200 hourly faucet payout, and BANG it just happens within the same week. The timing for that was impeccable to say the least. ^Rofl^

Well, What more can I say now that we have our FIRST supposed $200 hourly winner.  Undecided ^fishy smell^

One of these days, we might see our first Lottery winner too, because nobody has ever reported that they have won that. ^LoL^

Congratulations to the winner, your timing was perfect. ^hahahaha^

People have been wondering about the $200 winners  far longer than your post about the $200 winners. There's nothing suspicious about the coincidental timing of your post and the winner. As far as you know, there is one winner, however since a micro-fraction of the site's over one million users actually post about their claims, it's highly unlikely this is the only $200 winner. Assuming that he faked a winner to answer your trolling is placing a lot more importance on yourself than anyone else would venture to grant you.

OK, prove me wrong then, and post any link to a post where a user of Freebitco.in reported that they have won $200 from the faucet payouts. You will not find anything, because I did a thorough search. I even searched with Google and used Google translate to translate discussions in other languages on other forums, not related to Bitcointalk. I could not find one post or mention being made, that someone have won the maximum amount in the FREE PLAY.

I have also used every aspect of this site, from the Ad's to the multiplier and Lotto and charity and still feel that this site is one of the best faucets we have ever had, but I have my doubts about the system being 100% above board.

You see this as trolling, I see this as open debate. ^hmmmm^

Again, you're under the false assumption that anyone who wins is going to go and post it somewhere. You're also assuming your inability to find a post, if it exists, is indicative of an event never happening. Neither assumption logically proves anything you're claiming, and furthermore, since you're the one making wild accusations, the burden of proof is on you to substantiate your claims.

The "trolling" was the tone you took in your post in which you assumed that your logical leaps equated to indisputable facts, and proceeded to talk down for a position of claimed superiority that was not warranted.

I am not under any false assumption of anything, I am making a observation based on the reaction of people receiving rewards on this forum and many other forums I have been part of. It is just natural for people to seek some method to thank someone, when they have received huge rewards and also for other reasons, for example Bragging / sharing joy / confirmation etc.

The fact that Wetsuit gives them the information in a email to do this, make this even more strange. We are dealing with mostly poor people here, and when they win $200 or even 1 or 2 bitcoins from a lottery, and they are given a link in a email to this thread to report it, makes me even more suspicious.

Have a look at the Giveaway section, and see what happens when services or companies give away $1 or $2 prizes, and what kind of response you get there. < Yes, it's in the same thread, but remember Wetsuit gives them the direct link to the thread, where they should report >

I am not making wild accusations or claiming a position of superiority. I make logical observations based on facts. You obviously have a lot of loyalty towards this site, so we will not agree on this matter, and most people's judgement are clouded, because they get free money on a hourly basis from this site, so it is natural for them to defend the cow that provide the free milk.

I on the other hand, wants this site to continue what they are doing in a truly provably fair environment, that would be without any grey areas, because I support the concept of helping the poor with free handouts like this. It helps with adoption of Bitcoin and it distributes wealth.

Question what is right in front of your eyes. Do not be blinded by the promise of free money, when the odds are greatly stacked against you. ^hmmmmmm^

You're assuming people who win will post about it. That is the basis of your entire point. That is an assumption. And you're using the fact that you can't find any people posting about it to conclude that nobody wins the $200 prize.

Do you really not understand the definition of an assumption?

When you show how the site is not provably fair, you can request that they run the site differently. As it is, the site is provably fair, and you've not demonstrated how it isn't, but continue to say it isn't. We're all waiting for your brilliant mathematical proof. As it is, I doubt you understand how the site actually functions, as just a few posts ago you were talking about how the numbers lock into place in a funny way (demonstrating non-knowledge that what you see is just an animation and your roll is mathematically figured before that animation even begins). It's not a slot machine, the way the numbers lock in in the animation has no function on your roll.

What are you talking about, I never said anything about the animation. It works with a server seed on their server and a client seed generated on the users browser side. I am saying, somewhere along the line something is being manipulated, but nobody except for the site owner have the source code to determine how this seed is generated. If you have that, please share your mathematical genius with us. Now, who is making assumptions again?

For your information, the definition of assumption is, " a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. It is probably that the range of IP you are using is within the range of a proxy or VPN.  Would you mind if you say what network are you using or rather your IP?

So I won 29,500 from a random roll yesterday, but forgot to mention it here in the forums. Based on Kakmakr's logic, however, because I didn't post it here, I never won the amount until now that it's been posted here. Right?

Roll Eyes

Thanks for the win, wetsuit! Keep doing what you're doing!

Additionally, as much as I would love to invest in your website, I would advise against offering an investment option for the very same reasons that jaysbai has outlined earlier in this thread. Please don't do it; I love the integrity at which you've upheld for your site, even after the whole Google Adsense debacle. Please continue doing what you're doing!

Thank you. I also believe there might be another explanation for people not seemingly posting about their winnings. Just yesterday someone posted about winning $20 (in this thread or the one in the gambling section, I don't remember) and posted their referral link in that post too (as I suggest they do in the email I send winners) and as I was online then, I quoted their post and thanked them. After doing that, in about 15 minutes, their post and mine was deleted by a moderator for having a referral link. Many times I get notifications about people posting in the freebitco.in topics but when I check them, their posts are deleted. I probably need to change the email I send winners and offer them some kind of incentives for posting rather than asking them to post their referral links.

I do not plan to offer any kind of investments unless I can actually use the invested money to significantly increase the value of investments. It makes me quite sad to see people pour in millions of dollars into all these new ICO's/"cloud mining" services/ponzi's which clearly have a zero chance of ever making their money back.

Yes, Admin. It against the rule. We are not allowed to put referral link anywhere on our post. If I'm not mistaken, the space for signature is actually dedicated for referral link, that is where we can place our code without the risk of being removed. That is why most of your posts (except if you quote one with ref code) never get deleted. So if you want to give them some incentive, better suggest them by giving some extra credit instead of encouraging them to post their code.

And yes, it was from the gambling section, I was there too, I warn that user about referral link. On my quoted text, I deleted the ref code but mine is still get deleted too, however. Not that it matters since my aim is only to warn him. Tongue

The rate is actually fluctuating on reflect of bitcoin rate, but for your consideration, here's the rate for the time I posted. The fluctuation won't be too drastic, so the rate will be around this rate
