When I check about the condition to receive the reward, it requires voting to 3 exchanges. Isn't that illegal? Giving out rewards in order to get a vote and be enlisted may not turn out well.

Our platform allows users to monitor their TTT tip, to buy and sell SAN with TTT and rewards people for tipping with TTT.
