Congratulations buddy, and this is one of those reasons why I still some believe in freebitco, trusting that they have no intensions of scamming anyone, and also believing that with a little more time, they can definitely fix all the issues, and I may likely experience once again; the glitch free freebitco we all once had.

What I've been thinking, and saying is that I am suspecting they have some internal issues with between themselves, as many of them that manage the site, and they don't want to let their community and the general public learn about the what happened and what's currently going on, and this issue also have slowed down the mode and frequency at which the site operated, and issues are fixed.

Lets all believe in freebitco to come back stronger as soon as the management sort out their differences.

We are all expecting freebitco to make a new welcome back, and I am sure that this time if their come back, whatever seems to be the problem why this have happened if it software or whatsoever it will be avoided in the future and if there be any way to ever avoid a reoccurring situation of such in the future, because, the recent network glitch have affected freebitco reputation severely and it going to take a lot of hard work for them to rebuild such damage.

The worst thing is that now that their representative have not been clear enough to make the casino stance known to the concern clients, being silent in the face of crisis is not the best approach in this kind of situation and if care is not taken, freebitco may not be able to gain such ground as their gained before this recent crisis, but with hope, let see what happens along the line, and hoping to see a positive results and outcome of this situation.

The community is still interacting positively with the casino because it has a history full of achievements and contributions to the development of the crypto community as a whole. Perhaps there are still those who hope that things will return to how they were before.
The problem, as everyone notes, is that the casino team works to solve problems that arise from time to time, and some actually confirm that they were able to reach a good result with support, but at the same time, the problems do not stop and the complaints continue.

As for official representation on the forum, or what we call activity, it may no longer be a priority for the casino, especially after it succeeded in establishing a good reputation before this wave of complaints about the system began.

By you not knowing where to get your ID, do you mean to say that you can't or dont even remember your login ID?, that is; ID you used to login?
If this be the case, have you tried using the "forget password" feature? If you have an email address linked to your account, you should simply enter the email address in the next screen after clicking the "forget password" button, then solve the captcha and click the "reset password" button, you should recieve a new email address with either a new password, which you can change later, or a link to set a new password, and afterwards, you can login with your email and your new password.

I hope this helps though, since there are possibly no customer care to help.

Why should I troll if I am not granted access to my money? I haven't been able to log in for days, I also already wrote CSFBC who said that he takes care of these problems. They can't leave people just like that behind. There are issues happening and people need solution also answer to the question about what's really happening to them. If they want to leave this casino then maybe better to have graceful exit since if they act just like that then promote a new casino then nothing will happen to their new promoted brand since it might still negative reputation due to whatever things they have that to their old casino.
