last time the problem with the email service lasted about 7 days, then the withdrawal of funds stopped working completely, even with the 2fa function enabled, then everything worked fine for a while and now it all happens again.
I would advise you to leave fbc before it's too late and you lose everything. After my entire account balance was stolen from me and other users (support never answered anything about this), I left this project

I have not been able to log in for days, it shows the error message that the login data is incorrect, although I have not changed it. Resetting the password doesn't work either, the button just freezes, still receive the promo emails. I do not use the faucet, I use the service to get return on fun token, at that time Freebitco was one of the first providers to integrate the token and due to the years of existence, I had no doubts that something like this would happen. The support has not responded to my last 3 request for days, does anyone have similar problems?

A few days ago when I tried to reset the password, the button worked and the problem was that I didn't receive the authorization email. Now, the button doesn't work at all and there is no way to reset the password.

There are many ways to contact them, including their social media accounts, their email support@freebitco.in, Bitcointalk profiles of wetsuit, TheQuin, freebitco.in PR, CSFBC. It's possible to contact them but the problem is that they don't respond back.
My advice to you is to stay away from Freebitco, hope that they'll give you your money back and then move away on different casino that is trustworthy and not abandoned like Freebitco.

No one should be depositing and playing on Freebitco.in after so many accidents, issues and warnings.

They are been so silent on their case and many times they ignore people posting their concern here. So maybe those people who encounter an issue might not receive any words coming from them. Many got puzzled for this case and wonder on what really happened on them. If they got hack or encounter other serious issues. If they could just be more transparent on what they are going thru maybe there would be a lot of people would understand their situation.

But I guess they decide to remain silent and let any good or bad discussions in this thread. Hopefully there's still a chance for people to recover back their funds and they won't go away then turn into another scam casino. No one should deposit here unless they solve their issue and they have active support clarifies all the question also the worries of people.

The withdrawal problems are for those who cannot reset password too cuz of the confirmation email…it’s the same problem which cause the reset password change address enable 2fa and withdraw to fail
