I have to say it does seem very strange you would post here out of the blue with another promotion (referral) when you have chosen to not use the opportunity to make any comment about the state of play with the freebitco.in website. Allegations of members not being able to login should be addressed whether to accept/refute their claims.

I see you are brand new on this forum, and this is your first post on this forum as well as this thread, sorry though but you can't get help here either, freebitco is currently facing issues with alot of customers and their representatives on this forum are no where to be found for several weeks or months now, the casino seems to be currently running on auto-pilot because there are no customer service any where to assist users with their issues, both on the site and on this forum.

So, what I advice is, if you don't have a balance on your FB account, simply forget about this and move on, find some other reputable casino and play there for now.
But if you have a balance, there is also nothing you or anyone can do for now if you can't access your account, simply continue to try and let's hope that the management behind this casino will break out of their shell soon.

If they still care on their reputation then I guess they won't come to the point like this where to many people got discourage to gamble again in their casino. Also for sure they already address those issue if they still care about people here. But I guess they already drop all people here and just think about continue to post their promotion just to shift the attention of people. Maybe they hope that the issue will get buried by promotional post they made in their thread.

But guess they can't eliminate the doubts of people and even by now to many people talk about their current issue also the potential that this casino will turn as scam which I think its already happening. Its like they don't have plans for settlement so people should start to be aware then think about not to grab any promotion they post then stop playing here while there's an issue still happening.

Well, it seems like they don't really care about the inquiries and the problems of different users of their platform right now.
They're focusing more on advertising it rather than solving the customers' problems which is very embarrassing especially if you're one of those customers that currently experiencing a problem with their website.

I guess the best thing that we can do right now is to just educate those newcomers to at least avoid this casino/website, and find another one. I'm still hoping that the backlogs of email and tickets will be solved in the future (that if they're focusing on that one for now), but I will not be surprised if Freebitcoin will shut down and will focus on DPlay (their new casino).

There is a major issue with Freebitco.in and the Fun token. Although the total locked Fun coin amount appears to be 5,144,920,115, the amount in the Freebitco.in hold wallet is only 1,820,537,139 and is constantly decreasing. This is because while people are buying Fun coins through Freebitco.in, they are also selling their Fun coins at the same time. When I asked the Fun coin account about this on Twitter, they blocked me.

Signature campaign would be their last priority and what I think more important to take care right now is the ongoing issues happening on other people. Since if they could able to solve those errors raised by people then slowly by slowly they can regain back the trust of people. For sure everyone can move on on this issue especially if they show willingness to work on troubles that cause people to distrust them.

Pushing to run a campaign while those issue exist will not give them good result. So its important that they should take care first on more important matter rather than think about skipping and launching other things which is not really needed.

It is obvious the handler of that account is not too experienced with using this forum and its functionalities. You can see that in the manner of quoting and responding to issues which was supposed to be according to individual basis and sometimes in this thread so that people can see that work is being done and people receiving the much needed help. As a new account, I think the benefit of doubt is needed now. Nevertheless, the bulk of the work is on the technical team in the aspect of restoring the platform to optimal functionality. They have to work faster than they are doing already because time is of the essence and the longer these issues tarry, the more people lose confidence in the platform.

They shouldn't be talking about campaign at such a time where hell is loosed on their reputation with complaints after complains from their users about their ones enviable company in the forum. Firstly, freebitco.in would need to resolve all issues, making sure the technical irregularities have been taken care of and normalcy with operation has returned back to the company with the trust of it's users rebuilding, then they can turn their attention to signature campaign advert in the forum, else no member here will take them serious. You can't be marketing a product/service that is in a bad situation and expect that patronage will be gotten... It'll all be a waste of funds on signature right now.

Base on the number of years that this platform has operated and has been up and running, I didn't expect this kind of issue to have taken this amount of time to get resolved, this is just like using a day to destroy a building you spend a lot of years to build. Well, the team should do all they can to try to fix up things before many people will start to lose confidence in them and not lose the reputation which they've built all these years just because of one issue, this will be an ugly one for the company to talk about.
