Anyways, I would need further confirmation about how independent each one of those development teams are from one another, as it stands, it is clear to me we would be talking about the same people, considering FUN token has not been able to sell itself to other casinos to offer perks and advantages to holders of FUN. I am yet to see FUN being supported by Stake, for example, and even if it is supported, Stake would not offer advantages to those who stake their FUN on their accounts.

Problem with the spins is you get golden tickets and so on but as said you wont be able to collect on that especially.   So its a tangle to unwind to say the least unfortunately.   I still dont presume its all known how it will play out as for example the token could live past the site.   I've known that in the past, website went but token somehow rose in value as it was going to be used elsewhere.  So its not just the BTC value but token deposits on the site that would matter, another complication.

So far as I remember it, the sig campaign was around the time of the token so I think it was to build upto that but it wasnt done directly.  The real golden peak was when spins gave 5000 as the top win, that was a nice game too good I guess.

I discussed this with three lawyers, and they referred me to file a complaint with ic3.gov — an online submission that is very simple. At the very least you recovered some of your money before it was too late, ironically I would have held those tokens for the rest of eternity, awaiting for a chance (or better said, a miracle) so I could sell above my entry price. I don't think there is anything wrong with discussing FUN, but I don't understand it. It's a junk coin that never got any adoption by any casinos other than insiders and was rugpulled. Why would any casino touch it with a 10 ft pole instead of just making their own token?

The future of the token is dependent on the FUN team doing something, and they are likely just scammers. Best case scenario other than being scammers is they are a team who is so aloof or incompetent that all of their community spaces are 100% full of bot spam. You are probably right and I am just especulating too much on the future of this token, but I have these tokens in my mind which were created as an absolute joke, Shiba Inu for example, it does not have anything of value besides the fact it is a tokenized joke and yet it is supported by major casinos like Stake, so if a token which is basically just a joke gets support from major casinos, why would they not give FUN a second chance?
The big obstacles would be the infamy it already has because of what happened to Freebitcoin, and also the lack of liquidity, which is most in the hands of people who are being accused of being scammers...

Taking active measures against fraudsters is the only sure way, even though it does not provide a 100% guaranteed solution, but it is much more effective than discussing their “behavior” here in the hope that something will change.

It’s very simple, fully online, takes just a few minutes, and it’s directly under the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

If you want to file your own report, go to FinCEN’s website and search for “FinCEN Need Assistance” or visit: fincen.gov → Need Assistance section.

In my opinion, doing nothing and waiting until the platform disappears with the bitcoins is the worst option.
Filing reports creates an official record and increases pressure — especially when many users report the same issue.

Don’t worry, no one will contact you — they handle it internally.

Taking active measures against fraudsters is the only sure way, even though it does not provide a 100% guaranteed solution, but it is much more effective than discussing their “behavior” here in the hope that something will change.
Fraudsters fear punishment, not local discussion.  Be that as it may, the names of fraudsters will now fall into the hands of those who have the power to influence them!

I agree with you since if people take initiative to file a case and they succeed to penalize those fraudster this gives an idea to other people that they can sue those platforms did something illegal to them.

Since if they just talk and do nothing for sure that they can escape on the charges supposed to be filed to them and people will just slowly forget about those bad actions they have done to their community.

Binance support gave me this link to forward it to others who may chose to go the legal way. They are regularly sending Bitcoin to binance. Remember, Binance has KYC! They will absolutely know who the person is who is handling the money which is ours! It might be the right way to make them pay for their crimes.
You don't need to live in Curacao for that! Forward any proof of wallet that you have to the autorities with this link, this way they can do their investigation interanally.

I didnt lose much (around 31k satoshis /25000 fun) but the more people file a report the earlier the site goes down and less people get scammed as we speak!

If they are sending money to Binance, people should report them in Binance too to freeze the funds there and also I don't know if this can also work for those who are in the USA to complain and file against them. https://www.fbi.gov/how-we-can-help-you/victim-services/national-crimes-and-victim-resources/cryptocurrency-investment-fraud. Really painful when you loss money to online company which you trusted before. Victims should do all the possible ways to address this issue. They promised this year and I have not heard anything from them again. The best option for them now is to sue them in a legal way. I would like to add that they also had the facuet that gave the the most btc in comparison to other faucets. I played their faucet for years but unfortunately I also spent the earnings on Hi Lo. Also I heard that their referral program was pretty good.

Yeah, their faucet was highest paying, I remember times when basic reward was around 1000 Satoshi. This concept where someone is giving money for free and it's actually legit atracted lot of people.
And yeah, their referral program was great as they were paying 50% from referrals earnings.

So far as I remember it, the sig campaign was around the time of the token so I think it was to build upto that but it wasnt done directly.  The real golden peak was when spins gave 5000 as the top win, that was a nice game too good I guess.

Their signature campaign was launched in 2020, I'm just a bit lazy to check was it their first campaign, while if I'm not mistaken FUN thing started in 2021. Not really sure there is correlation between these things.
