The whole "abusers" thing they are talking about is just a way to shift the blame from their side. We all know they are just pure scammers and stole our money, but they want to make sure that they are not legally obliged and they are actually "working on it".

In reality, if you want your money and want to withdraw and they do not let you, that is illegal and criminal, but they know there is nothing legally that will be done to them, and we are not suing them because basically nobody wants to take that up, we are seeing this as a big issue but they are seeing it as a way to fraud people. There are no abusers, sure maybe a small number, but very small, there are tens of thousands of bitcoins held on their wallets, that's fraud and stealing.

It's impossible to use a mixer and get clean coins after mixing. I really don't think it is possible as exchanges, governments can track your coins, UTXOs and find origins of your coins. If your coins, UTXOs come out from a mixer, governments and centralized exchanges won't consider it as clean coins.

You can use some other transactions after a mixer output for hiding your coins, making it cleaner but surely there are still traces somewhere. You might not have issues because companies usually don't dig too deeply in transaction history for filtering coins from mixers as part of their AML.

Your opinion does not correspond with the facts. Freebitco.in partnered with FUN token in 2021, while problems began to be reported three years later. You could argue that the harm caused by FUN token took three years to surface, but you do not provide any arguments to support this. Chipmixer didn't have a license to run a money exchange or similar financial service but Freebitco has a license to run a casino, which is why I say that there is a big difference between them. Freebitco is also not as popular as Stake and other casinos, so they do not attract much attention.
To be fair, I'm not very optimistic about authorities spending their time on Freebitco if Freebitco isn't involved in money laundering. The fact that you scam users is not a big thing on its own, which is sad. Do you remember hashocean? It was a scam cloud mining company that scammed people with tens of thousands of Bitcoins. May be it was not due to the FUN initiative after all but may be due to their internal restructuring and change of ownership.

In theory you are right. For a website this popular with everything they were doing, of course they could have kept on printing money and staying here forever and making profit forever. However, something must have gone wrong, sometimes even if you are not a scammer, you have to end up scamming people.

For example if there were really abusers who stole money, it means they may have left with not much and can't pay people back, while this is something I do not believe in, it happened in other places. All they had to do was keep the free roll, the gambling, and reward points and they could have been wealthy, but they had to add new stuff and that was the start of their end unfortunately.

Yeah, freebitco's issue has nothing to with their partnership with fun tokens, infact, I had no knowledge that they were simply in partnership with fun token, I thought they outrightly bought the token and were the ones managing it, this is the very first time I am reading they are in partnership with the token which I actually don't believe..

Freebitco's issue is from their internal structure, like you said and I believe the company's management changed, bringing in a new set of managers who likely didn't have the interest of the freebitco brand and the community it's built at heart, this is the major reason for the downfall of the platform and not because of fun token, if anything, I think fun token actually helped the freebitco platform grow more and as well make more money.

The site is still online to the best of my knowledge, so you should not conclude just yet, they might give some access to their funds and they may not give, we can't conclude on any of this options and possibilities ye, but as long the site remains online, then there is still hope even though the hope is very tiny.

What I advice people is to be hopeful but don't put all your hope in this that money will  come out from this, better to treat this exactly the way we treat gambling where if we win and made some profit, we rejoice, but when we lose game which result to loss of money, we in some occasions may be sad and in othrt occasions be happy or neutral, but the most important thing is that we always find a way to move on, this is exactly what I expect all the affected users to do, find a way to move on incase they end up not allowing anybody to withdraw their funds.

These days, mixers offer you two solutions, one is to mix coins via a traditional way, which means that the new coins might be dirty but they will no longer be associated with you and another one is to pay a higher fee but receive clean coins, which, as mixers say, come directly from an exchange or investors that has a perfect AML score.
