But not all ICOS strategies are deceptive and not good. It is important that we look at strategies and master them strategically.

Great mate nice work. As you said 80% ico scam. But we can avoid scam ico. For that you should improve your research skill. First check team members. Whether they are really good and working for this project or not. Then read white paper.

Yes there are fraudulent projects that do not fulfill their obligations to investors. I also met such projects. I have my own statistics of the 10 ICO projects in which I participated 2 were fraudulent projects.
