I think it's better to invest in ETH because ETH is one of the most influential coins, much less used for ICO payments at the moment.
although the tron on the last few has increased very much but as you can see today the tron has fallen back and probably will not be able to rise to the highest point back.

IF these are the only two options that you are looking at the definitely eth(although I do not like it as i think its in a bubble). On the other side, they probably have the most number of developers working on any project and are constantly scaling with the change in crypto environment.

I think ETH is better option. It's like it's more known than TRON and i don't think it will gain much profit in next years. Also investing in ETH now is good choice as it's price will go higher and higher.

I agree with you . TRX investment at this time is very dangerous because we can not be sure of the potential of the TRX. I think the TRX is altcoin to be pump and there is no sign of stability for long time. The best advice is to just buy ETH and not buy TRX |

I do not advise buying etherium, because it is very weak now. The TRON has very good prospects, if bitcoin starts to go up. If this does not happen, then all the cryptocurrency will be cheaper.

I think you should buy ETH. They have potential in the future, although they are currently falling, but they will rise again in the future. They have many advantages over TRON and are widely used by many. I think ETH will be the most potential coin in the future. So at the moment they are off you buy them.

The price of TRON look to high volatilty, just in a month was going up 10 times and down to the bottom, so compared to ETH will be more stable, and TRON just ERC20 standar token and dont have yet own blockchain, ETH will be better in fundamental. The price of ETH still able to going up to $3000 according many prediction of many pro trader.

If i'm looking to make my first crypto purchase, which one would you suggest buying and why? I love ETH because it's established but still not as expensive as BTC, but I also am hearing about TRX (TRON) nonstop...
If lets say I have $500 to start with, what should I buy and why?
For me, TRON would be a sensible choice. Because TRON is quite cheap and you will get more profit when investing in ETH. But I think you should invest in ICX, which is a very potential altcoin and in July, they will have an event to improve the technology. Consider the investment decision, hopefully you will make a wise decision.  |

I would prefer buying ethereum than tron for the mere fact and as what OP said, it is more established and known than that of tron. Although I have heard a lot about tron, I would still choose and prefer the safest coin to invest instead of some coin which is still not that established yet.

I will recommend to you to stay away until cryptocurrency market is in bear market. It drop much lower and your investments will bleed altogether.
I see Bitcoin dropping much lower and it will reflect on altcoin market as well.

Actually I did not even know that Tron does not have any product and all its many billion market is around hype lol? At least ETH has working product though I have question to it too but my choice is ETH for sure. |

I just don't see the appeal of tron.
It's a completely speculative coin that has absolutely no market value or market penetration yet.
Yeah, you can say, some day it will be developed and then...wow!
But the crypto world has matured beyond that.
Especially after the last 3 months, people want substantial companies rather than speculative ones.
Now think of eth:
HUGE market penetration and brand awareness
The BIGGEST crypto network in existence
continuous and ACTIVE development
Is entirely fungible (almost as fungible as btc)
Is starting to be used as valuation of all crypto in hand with btc.
So which one is a more valuable company?
The answer should be obvious.

So I guess it's a question of if I want to invest or if I want to gamble... because we know that BTC and ETH has value, its a good investment like gold... but If I want to roll the dice and see what I get, I can try tron. You think thats a good way to look at it? |

of course TRON price is cheaper than ethereum. but, in growth opportunities ethereum is superior to tron. I think you can buy eth and tron, you can buy 1 ethereum and the rest for tron. I think that's fair. You should not buy the cheap altcoins mate. There are many many potential altcoins must be chosen while you are investing on any altcoins. Please look into the marketplace capital and potential expectation of the market bro. TRX will be cheaper than ethereum but ethereum captures more than 20 percent of market place volume like bitcoin capturing the market. These kind of high volume coin will be survive in the market for long time. Thats a really good point. I did not know that ETH was 20% of the market!! I need to do more research. |
