TRON coins are quite popular today, but compared to ETH they can not compete. ETH is quite popular today, and they are accepted by most ICOs for payment and contain their tokens. So ETH is still the best coin I think you should invest.

If i'm looking to make my first crypto purchase, which one would you suggest buying and why? I love ETH because it's established but still not as expensive as BTC, but I also am hearing about TRX (TRON) nonstop...
If lets say I have $500 to start with, what should I buy and why?
Trx and eth is for me a good token to invest with. I have eth and trx both tokens have a good potential to compete in btc . Just a little advice, hold eth and trx it will surely pump high in future when crypto world goes up. |

It seems to me that I will not exchange the etherium for any other coin. For trade and earnings on the difference in price, I use quite a lot of coins, but my main investment is in the etherium. |

you have to be brave and little crazy to invest in tron.
Its overvalued for me and very suspicious. There is no product and nothing to hype.
I will not buy tron in this year for sure.

I would make a choice depending on the future use. If I had planned to invest this amount in an ICO, I would have chosen to ETH.
This is entirely a subjective decision and you have different opinion than I have. I normally keep a diverse portfolio and the diverse portfolios are way too advantageous and life saving than just investing all the money in a single crypto. I would go with both. But the major part of my portfolio will be composed of ETH. TRON will also be profitable in future but ETH, apart from the future profit, is also the most liquid than TRON and has low risk. |

This two altcoins is both good and effective altcoins in the market but if you choose to buy ETH than TRON, you're making a good decision because I know that we all know that the ETH is more better than TRON and it has many advantage and benefits than TRON. |

i agree and i myself do also prefer etherium over tron or any other unrated alts because etherium is surely guaranteed to be more stable and can give you a succesfull profit while other alts are seem to be more questionable. they maybe a scam if you did not make a quick research about them. so i suggest just go and invest only on trusted or more popular cryptos , so that you cant go wrong with your invested capital. aside from altcoins , you can also go on some ico"s because ico's are also another good way to earn huge income. though you may only chose the verified ones , in order to become safe from further problems. |

Looks like TRX It's a coin that can rely on for now where other altcoins are down but not with TRX that keeps green on the market for now hopefully it stays stable and rises, it's really worth the trx investors because if we look at the sale 1TRX = 0.00000038 BTC and we see in coinmarketcap currently 1TRX has reached 0.00000710 BTC (5.81%) I regret not buying it at that time.

yes, I agree with you Ethereum is the best choice among other altcoins, TRON also includes a good coin but I think TRON is still inferior to Ethereum, so the best option right now I think is Ethereum. |

The choice between this or that cryptocurrency as an investment asset are more often than not depends on what we believe a project represents. For an investor, it boils down to whether the native currency on the platform will appreciate in value as the project grows or is adopted. Right now, ETH has a bigger market prospect than TRON. Invest in ETH. |
