Tron is a good coin, relatively new but has a large growth potential, you can go for it, but i would recommend ETH because of its proven track record and the market cap it commands, plus is currently very cheaply available ...

$500 amount for the altcoin who have big price is very cheap but if you have only that amount we don't have choice. I will choose ethereum because for sure after few years it will become very high the price. But we don't know if TRON will become high price also in the future . It's up to you what do you think will better.

If i'm looking to make my first crypto purchase, which one would you suggest buying and why? I love ETH because it's established but still not as expensive as BTC, but I also am hearing about TRX (TRON) nonstop...
If lets say I have $500 to start with, what should I buy and why?
Both crypto are strong but If I were you I will invest in both because both of them has a potential just buy TRX and wait till it reached 1 usd then buy eth and wait till it will become 3k-4k usd. |

invest in the long-term because with ethereum is profitable. TRON itself I think has not been special if to invest. I doubt TRON can survive in the long term. better choose which certainly only to find the safe.

TRON coins in circulation are way more then Eth, TRON is no way near to ETH. But if you are investing 500$, I suggest buy both. Like you can invest 450 in Eth ( for long term ) and 50 in TRON ( for short term ). The reason why i am suggesting TRON is here. |

Both coin i think they have potential in market, but first you must consider your investment between long term or short term, I think for long term I'll go for trx because of it's affordability and possibly can make you a very wealthy man in the future. And i go for ethereum for short time investment, in maybe a couple of day or weeks. |

I am very sure that Ethereum is the better long term hold than TRON right now. I think TRON is a lot of pump and dump stuff going on and scares me a little bit. The father of the founder has a lot of money and maybe we will try to manipulate the market.
I know tron has very good hype last time which make the market of tron goes very high and i was surprising about it. But as always, if its comparimg to etherium, tron is nothing because etherium has longer proof become the strongest coin which has smart contract blockchain. |

I think you should have bought Tron already. It was pumped like shit since last year. There are dozens of tron holders who made profit and sitting on it so, its not good investment at all in my opinion..

I choose TRON because it has already launched their Testnet with over 126 nodes cross the globe and this seems one of the platform’s positioning strategies for the future. The launch was followed by TRX being listed on Bithub with KRW/TRX pair gaining a lot of popularity among traders and investors. This move might turn around Tron fortunes especially on the price front.

I would choose ETH, the coin most potential today. As you can see, the two main coin that are widely accepted in the market are BTC and ETH. Therefore investing in ETH will never be afraid of losses.

I still only buy BTC and ETH occasionally. Yet I do not want something new for me. I am confident in these coins and they have already shown me what they are capable of. Yes and buy until that not on that. |

I would choose Ethereum of course over TRON (TRX). TRON has already gained the attention of so many crypto fans. It has already been pumping for quite a while, reaching even the top 10 of all cryptocurrencies. Well, if you were able to buy during those days when TRON was still a bit unknown and treated as just one of the many, you should have made a lot of profit by this time. But if you will invest in TRON at this point, you would have to wait for a longer period to gain. |

You can invest in both of them, they are good coins anyway specially Ethereum. Good decision to have them during the down trend because its impossible to buy Eth now with such a high price. Eth's price goes higher and higher so if goes to $1200 it will be the hardest time to buy it. Always check the price so that its not regretful to buy them in a high price.
