With waves its all organic growth and its very slow...

As far as I understand, if anyone will find out my password to wallet,they can see passphrase and private key as well. Thanks

Sure, you can change your password while importing. Log out from your wallet - Restore account - enter your SEED -  Protect Your Account with a New Password
