Any future update sir? My favourite coin waves I hold 80% of money with waves.

What is that 80% holdings if you don't know how to track the activity of the team. Social media is the best choice to keep eye on it. I also have good hope from this project because this have big size of community and a lot of interesting plan to make it more promising.

Almost all people know that these updates will not make WAVES fly to the moon. Every trader knows that this is not easy and this is not how the market works. Just be thankful that Waves are still doing their job in providing significant update to coin itself. There are a lot of other projects that got online at the same time with Waves and are now dead with no dev support nor any update. I'm just grateful that the money that I invested to Waves are well-secured because of the progress that it is taking.

Hi notblox1. WavesDEX has fixed fee for internal trensfer - 0.001 Waves and 0.003 Waves per 1 order is trading fee. It is of great concern that gateways can be shut down with ease by waves team.

Users will be locked in with funds, unable to withdraw.

Coinomat interference means that funds can be confiscated arbitrarily when deposited or withdrawn, as they pass a third party wallet before approval.

You can still access your funds. You just need to use waves to withdraw from the DEX and you can convert to btc ltc or any other coin using outside exchanges like tidex hitbtc binance or many others

The up and down movement is just normal in crypto trading. However, my main concern is that most of the waves assets are not doing good and almost all of them are not gaining any attention from the trading community. Is there any way to combat the dying waves assets? Honestly, only waves has decent value in the market while its assets created under their network has very little chance of making it good in crypto.

Market got burned from -99% in all small caps, it is not only waves tokens that are affected. Coins without ecosystem are doing much worse, I have some masternodes they are flatlined at -99.9% since 2017 top.

It will come back soon, but for stock picks, not all coins. Good coins can go x10 000 next decade.

Waves tokens is better compared to stocks than crypto. Commoditized tokens are perfect for waves because of user friendly for merchants. Here they can have their own decentralized branded stock without NASDAQ license.

Some will make profit soon, valuable gems that will gain alot in popularity.

Improvements can be made by both token issuers and waves devs:

1. Increase token issuance fee to 100 waves, use this fee to pay for inflation
2. Gamify UI and implement micro rewards for using platform. Look at RPG social lobbies for inspiration, Heartstone by blizzard
3. Support top merchant projects with liquidity so that they can promote waves off platform in their industry, Ambassadors
4. Transform pywaves into coinmarketcap ui
5. Stop VST, Bettertokens, Waveskeeper
6. Add tabs in waves dex search bar for easy browsing of tokens, sort by volume or tx #, or star ranking
7. Get fortune 500 partner who will have their own token on waves and sell products there
8. Get revenue backed inflation because now the new coins come from empty space
9. Enable x100 leverage on $Waves and implement decentralized p2p borrowing through smart contract escrow on dex so users can keep waves in wallet and increase position without selling their waves
10. Partner with youtube influencers
11. Get merchant partnerships like Stellar, such as shopify. Crypto payment gateways or website widgets
12. Auto exchange rate between tokens and waves/usd for easy shopping conversion

For projects:

1. Have a use case for your token and keep maximum 35% supply for team, rest distributed
2. Create a perfect website and high quality assets such as logo, bitcointalk+twitter is mandatory
3. Do regular airdrops to active users with minimum 0.1 waves to every person
4. Add liquidity to your market, minimum 1000 waves, ensure that the market is healthy not too high spread, active trades
5. Do buyback campaigns and contests, raffles
6. Partner with waves services like auto airdrop providers, listing aggregators like wavescap
7. Combine crypto marketing with traditional marketing like direct mail and VIP invites
8. Product video and professional photos
9. Get Coinmarketcap tracking and secondary exchange listing if possible
10. Spend crypto budget on waves platform not on external intermediators, users come where money is

Lastly, Waves Dex is 99% daytraders of tokens, many are scared to hold tokens because of so much scams.

That is inside job so don't fall into this trap someone trying to make scam and want to dump this trash with this trick. Keep this in mind more than 99% of tokens on that exchanges are just trash so be careful when you see this kind pump there.

Actually, that is one major problem in waves dex. Almost all assets are not doing good in trading performance. If you found one, more than likely they are in the pump and dump mode so you really need to be very careful. I don't know how can waves attack this long running problem. This is also the reason why very few projects are choosing waves as their platform. But to be honest, waves is very easy to use and very economical yet most waves assets haven't attracted the strong support of the crypto community.

I only know of one coin on waves platform that has continuously performed well, and that is WAU Coin. Its the best performing currency on earth for the last two years, but being on waves instead of shittier more popular platforms like ETH has made it less famous

It's not only WAU Coin that attracts traders to trade on DEX, there are several projects that have caught my attention so far on the Waves platform,
the Primalbase Token, this project is extraordinary, but I feel the need for strength so that their volume can be top 100 Coinmarketcap

WAU coin and PBT are 2 of the best on any platform and Waves DEX would be well served advertising coins like this. It's crazy how many people lose money in crypto with these hidden gems. I saw this thread posted on Biz board on 4chan recently so WAU is getting some attention

Yes, I agree that their assets do look bad and I am worried about all of that because they are afraid it will affect the wave itself and I notice that there may be too many garbage assets here so maybe the team should be more aware of the coin makers because for the good of this project too

Yes, I agree that their assets do look bad and I am worried about all of that because they are afraid it will affect the wave itself and I notice that there may be too many garbage assets here so maybe the team should be more aware of the coin makers because for the good of this project too

It's decentralization, so I doubt the team can "police" or even have the bandwidth to monitor token issuers. Probably the best situation would be to have a reputation-based system where the community can just click to agree if a token is garbage or not. Ofc, doesn't eliminate the fact that ppl can hire folks to just "upvote" them, however, stuffs like age of the address, amount held could factor into the "weight" of the vote

Now that you mentioned it, I just checked its chart with VST/WAVES trading pair and boy, oh boy, it plummeted down to a very very low price (very near to its lowest price point last July 26, 2019).

I honestly don't know any real news about VST. Isn't this the one being airdropped to Waves holders last April 2019? After that, I can't find any useful information about it and there's a very high chance that this is the reason why its price is falling off the cliff. VST just became an airdropped coin that is being traded without any progress lined up for it. If someone can shed some light regarding this coin, feel free to chime in and provide some information.

VST trading pairs on Dex had some issues these past few days.
So I think, brand being sold and trading issues may have affected the price.
