I know how people feel, those who invested in December or January like me, who fell love with crypto, and the way price was going up, never believed I have to see market cap under $250 billion. However, Everyday I check my Black folio app, I feel sick in my stomach. Sometimes I feel what I have done? But i knew there was a risk, i knew, I could lose money, but I couldn't control my rush of blood, seeing people buying right and left whatever they could.

But my question to all those investors, do you believe in crypto? If you do then hold tight because good days will come, if you are not in need an emergency cash, then hold your coin, It can't be red all days, it will be green. have some faith in this industry. I know it's hard seeing the bloodbath, what's happening, but we will rise again.

Even though I lost 70% of my portfolio, I'm still holding because I know good days are coming soon. Good luck guys.

Crypto trading can be really crazy. I have topped up my portfolio to reach 4 figures at different intervals this year but each dip has seen it plummet right back to 3 figures. It will be fine. I am still holding and will continue to top it up while awaiting the bull season

Well, there's no way back for you. Sell now and fix a huge loss will be a mistake. Have patience and wait at least for the end of the year, where the situation may change.

Not only you, there are many people at this stage just your amount is big! I think it is part of crypto and we will accept it without any hesitation and tension. The thing which will go down, it will definitely comes up (need patience). I'm also in same condition, just my numbers are different. I have strong feeling that holding is best option at this stage and wait for market hitting.

Yes that's all you can do now, don't look at the prices constantly as it might only get worse over the next months. While I still doubt we will seee another bull run like in 2017, at least we should see the prices stabilize again and you can sell without a huge loss.

Wow, it seems to be very hard to hold in those conditions I think as for me I would sell right when they would turn into $30,000, because to hold when you lost three times of your funds it's really hard for me.

I dont know what was the worst decision you made........buying 36k worth of coins at the peak of the last bull run, or spending 36k on those particular coins. WOW just WOW dude.

The good news is you havent sold, and if you hang in there you may break even. The bad news is (imo) there will not (and may never be) the same bull run in crytpo that we saw leading up to Jan'18. Regarding this, Im still doing some sums and will post a thread about it evenually. But in short, I dont believe BTC or crypto in general will recover for the next 2yrs at least. Last Dec-Jan'18 $200B was injected into crypto and has been quickly removed since then..... leaving bag hodlers like yourself.

Good mentality indeed. Many investors should do the same thing especially if you are holding good cryptos such as what are listed by OP. If you think that your token holdings are potent to be bigger in the future, be patient and hold. Once the majority of the market starts to increase, huge profit will surely be earned.

You should only invest in crypto what your prepared to lose because it is just playing the stocks at the end of the day. Major coins have gone from hero to zero in a matter of minutes, Bitconnnnnnnnnnnnnect for example. Without doing proper research people would have saw them as a top 10 coin and got burnt badly. Splitting your portfolio into different coins is a good strategy now just keep calm and hodl.

This is a detailed version of what investors are going through. Seeing the bloody market can really upset the stomach of those who invested when the price is at its peak. A lot of regret and "should have" moments. I admire your faith on bitcoin and I think a lot of people should make this as an inspiration to hodl than sell at a low price just to get out stress. Recovery is on its way since the second half of 2018 is near approaching. This is usually when things starts going crazy in the crypto space. Many alts explode during this period. So it is wise to choose the best coins in preparation for the "run." You have a pretty good list in hand. Hold on to them and things will be better in a few months time.

Base on what the OP said. He/she invested into the listed altcoin during the DEC/JAN time but it seems that the OP was somehow greedy and haste by following other people footstep when he/she did the investment. Besides, I only see 3 good coin out of the coin which the OP invested in.

I think that many of us are in a similar situation. My portfolio shows - 40% and look at it sadly. We need to try not to think about it and suffer. The market can not fall forever and someday our patience will pay off.

There are many such stories and mine is not much different- luckily I made a bit of a gain before the big hit so it wasn't as bad as it could have been.

The important thing is to stick to your morals, forget short term price movements and remember why you're here fundamentally. And get ready for the next bull run

Standing appreciation for you. You are one of the people who don't panic whatever the market. I believe that I'm not alone because I also still hold my coins tightly. I only think that if I sell them right now, I will definitely lose my money. But for holding, I can probably get profits although for some months or year later. I know it includes bigger risks. But i take it.
