My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding

Wow, this post was in april, so now your portfolio must have dropped down in value even more.

Well, everyone's has dropped.

There are some things you can do while you hodl.
I have been steadily setting aside money from my paycheck each month to buy back in as the market is down.

This has helped out a lot with my ico coins that I invested in (which have all crashed below ico prices).
It has helped to decrease the overall cost per coin I put in so now it is much easier to make back what I lost.

Also, I have sold some coins off for loses and moved them in more stable projects with working products and consumers.
This has turend out well as these kinds of coins have been performing better than speculative ones.

Sometimes you go to spend money to make money, lose money to make money.  Crazy yeah?

I think that now all those who invested in the crypt currency lost money, but do not panic and wait for the prices to rise, I think this will come soon.

I know how people feel, those who invested in December or January like me, who fell love with crypto, and the way price was going up, never believed I have to see market cap under $250 billion. However, Everyday I check my Black folio app, I feel sick in my stomach. Sometimes I feel what I have done? But i knew there was a risk, i knew, I could lose money, but I couldn't control my rush of blood, seeing people buying right and left whatever they could.

But my question to all those investors, do you believe in crypto? If you do then hold tight because good days will come, if you are not in need an emergency cash, then hold your coin, It can't be red all days, it will be green. have some faith in this industry. I know it's hard seeing the bloodbath, what's happening, but we will rise again.

Even though I lost 70% of my portfolio, I'm still holding because I know good days are coming soon. Good luck guys.

I'm sure you got out already by now since a lot of them are down. Don't buy until all green light a bit for a certain period much better to also learn the Technical side of crypto trading.

Most of new investors who joined crypto during the hype phase lost their money, even older people like me got hyped and lost, but it was good lesson for the future. However, I learned not to sell at lose because the market will give you other opportunities.

The problem is you bought the ATH. But I am glad yoou already equipped yourself with a very positive mindset. The crypto industry will see a new ATH sooner or later so do not be bothered about your current situation. It would eventually get better.

Painful.Normally i will tell you do day trading but with that so low volume is even hard to do day trade.No money on market on big bearish time but any hossa and any bessa is ending one day.So probably if don't need money badly just wait for recovering.I think it will be long waiting so sorry

I agree with you on this that it cannot continue to be red, it will become green someday, it might take a while and some loss but better days are coming when you will reap more than you lost. In crypto, patience is a very big priority as emotions can make you lose more than you should.
