For me i don't think there is a way ethereum can rise without bitcoin, because with the way things are this day, if bitcoin is not rising ethereum will also stay put. The Ethereum depends on bitcoin price for some reason.

I am holding some eth to sell.But the eth price is still very low compare to my expectation price.Is there any chance to increase the price of eth.Please share your opinions which will be highly appreciated.  I am totally against Pump and Dump. This is immoral and should be illegal. Ethereums price will grow over $1000 by itself, just give it enough time. |

During the last couple of days the price has been moving erratically and I was actually convinced that someone, somewhere was actually manipulating the price of ethereum but now when I look at it, I think it is just normal market movements and with the recovery, I think that it is just trying to find its footing in the market which is what's going on so I don't think anyone needs to pump it, it will do fine on its own.

It is possible to pump eth price, the pump can happen when there is good news about eth, once the good news hit the space, people will start buying the coin and before you know it, the price is already pumping and the pump can happen at any moment in time. So continue holding your eth.

I think its possible becuase the market is now good and all most coin price is up . last couple of days eth price significantly increasing so if that continue then eth price easily hit 2 k but it need a time .

I am totally against Pump and Dump. This is immoral and should be illegal. Ethereums price will grow over $1000 by itself, just give it enough time. Pump and dump is really normal, I mean, even in a stock market which have really big capital sometimes have its own pumps and dumps, it's just an ordinary price manipulation that now has considered "organic". Making it illegal won't work since many people also looking to earn some profits by joining this pump and dump train. Also, something that has value will eventually drop its value or rising. |

But it is for certain that when something is pumped up the next thing that could happen is that many will eventually be dumping their coins which is also a bad idea. Because it will somehow create a landslide followed by FUD and again many will be losing their investments.

You need to know that after the pump is the dump so don't just look into some pumps and say that is potiental or that's huge profits, nothing in this world is save my friend even with the normal investment. If you aren't serious, you could lose in it also. |

There is still a change for eth to pump more. In last year we seen eth price goes to 1k usd and its very possible to reach that value this 2018 and maybe go beyond. But as of now maybe its not possible. But I can assure it will go higher before 2019.

There is no doubt in my mind that the price of ethereum is going to grow, but you need to be patient just a few months ago we witnessed the biggest bull market in the entire history of cryptocurrencies and it is very unlikely that we are going to see another bull run like that so soon, it will probably take a few years so keep holding until that happens. |
